Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a lovely property, providing comfortable living space, wonderful beds, and serene views of the golf course and pine trees. Very relaxing environment and close enough to walk to beach and market. Good deck space, overlooking pool.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall, this property is well-situated and big. The lanai is massive and a nice spot to relax. The carpet/furnishing are tired and perhaps not as clean as one would like for their own house, but good enough for a vacation. Both bedrooms are large, as are the bathrooms. Of note, the air conditioner is the second bedroom is exceptionally loud (think airplane propeller loud) and terrified our toddler. There is glass everywhere, so if you're traveling with small kids, you need to stay on top of them. The pool toys were a nice bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen and grilling equipment, and the unit comes with a designated parking spot.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Good location, excellent views, with a pool 20 feet away. Would I stay again, the answer is yes. We have used KBM more than once and we are very satisfied with there properties they represent.
