We’ve stayed at Kapalua Bay Villas several times. It’s a great location. Whale watching at its finest! KBM Resorts was great to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating. We are planning our next stay.

The staff at KBM were extremely helpful and provided a prompt response to a minor operational matter. The accommodation was presented in magnificent order, in particular the unit was extremely well stocked and provided for our every need. Extra towels were appreciated. The ammenities(pool, paths, garden areas) were maintained regularly and added to the comfort of our stay. Our rental vehicle was well suited to a group or four adults and two children. Our grandchildren particularly enjoyed the pool and the tennis and beach equipment supplied. Thank you for our very special family holiday in KBV/24B2. We hope to return someday.

Very clean, and beautiful condo. The finishes and updates were modern and very comfortable. Love that! The pool was perfect temperature and the beach is so close. We had everything we needed for our family vacation. The only issues we had was the AC didn't work properly Downstairs it was super cold, but upstairs it seemed to not work at all. I personally didn't mind because I like it warmer and there were ceiling fans. I just wanted to mention that was not working properly or there needs to be better instructions on how to turn on the AC upstairs. Other than that, no complaints and would stay there again!

The condo was everything we could want and more! Three showers/restrooms for our family of five was handy! The view was fabulous- it was great to just walk out the door down to the pool, the trail and the beach. We’ll book again!

I made a reservation for two king beds. Then called to verify two king beds-confirmed. Flew all day, got there, and one king bed, one small queen. Oddly, the queen had king sheets on it! Might have been a king bed in that room at one time? Called property manager who confirmed two king beds and sent someone over to measure the bed. The person got there and took one look and said that is not even close to a king. Property manager tried to move us but nothing was even close to what we rented from a quality location standpoint. A/C went out on top floor during our stay. They sent someone to fix the next day, and heard all about this wasn't the first time from the repairman. Something about the remodel prohibited him from getting to the part of the A/C unit that needed servicing. I was offered a 4.5% discount for me not making any negative or disparaging comments about our ordeal. It was a total misrepresentation of the accommodations. Even though this unit was beautifully remodeled recently, it did not make up for the misrepresentation. Please be aware if you are thinking of renting this unit, do so with the understanding it is not as represented online. Hopefully, the management will change the listing so nobody else is disappointed when they arrive.

Amazing home 300 steps from the beach that has very few people on it One day we were the only people there We will be back!!!

We just got back from an incredible stay in Maui it was even better than we expected. The view from the lanai was absolutely amazing—every morning we sat out there with coffee, watching the ocean and listening to the waves. One afternoon, we even spotted sea turtles swimming by, and we saw whales a couple of times too! Such a cool experience. The unit itself was super clean and really comfortable. You can tell they’ve put thought into making it feel like a home away from home. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect—nice and quiet but close to great beaches and restaurants. We’re already talking about when we can come back. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. You won’t regret it!

Magnificent resident. Incredible views from both levels. Furnishings in this home are top of the line. Would and will stay here again and again.
