Welcome to Kay's Oasis! This brand new construction 3 bed, 2.5 bath condo offers every amenity you could imagine to make your beach vacation perfect.

The Space:
The first floor consists of a garage and driveway to accommodate a total of 2 vehicles. Enter this 2nd floor unit into a beautiful, spacious living room and kitchen area. There is a large island with 7 stools, an additional table with bench, fully stocked kitchen and a half bath. Down the hallway are 3 tastefullydecorated bedrooms and a full bath. The 1st bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over a full and an additional twin trundle bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the primary bedroom contains a King bed and luxurious bathroom with large walk-in shower. Two balconies let you admire the views from all angles. All bedrooms are outfitted with LED TVs
This 8 unit complex has a private, gated pool area with a kiddie pool, main pool, large hot tub, outdoor seating and kitchen area.
6 beach chairs and and an umbrella are located in the garage for your use. There is a private outdoor shower located in the rear of the unit.

    What a nightmare, the host Blue Homes Realty is terrible. First it was the TV kept shutting off & we had to keep unplugging it & then replug it back in. They forgot to mention that there was an issue with the stove, we turned the stove on & it smelled like gas to the point we had to open windows..mind you I have a baby & 2 kids Only email communication was given. we had to wait around until Wednesday for a repair guy to come & tell us we are lucky to be alive because the gas line wasn’t connected. the place is all keyless entry, we had no issues with the main door but had issues with the condo door keypad, it worked when it wanted to. so we got locked out, mind you this is 8pm..no one would help us but thank god for the builder who comes on the premises often..John..he was wonderful..he came with one of his credit cards & jammed it in the side of the door but still we had to have someone stay in the room because we couldn’t lock it thinking we would be locked out. Don’t call the emergency service people because they want to charge you the renter to come out! The builder recommended the person in charge who also refused to come help.. When you contact Blue Homes by email they are nasty & blame you for everything “because no one else had an issue” well obviously they did because hence the stove! They rarely sign their emails so you have no idea who your speaking with. The grounds is GREAT! Pool is nice, prime location! So disappointed with the lack of assistance and issues!

    The place was beautiful and clean! Close to the beach, the host was always in touch. Definitely recommend staying here.
