Kapalua Extraordinaire with Glorious Ocean Views!

Great host, beautiful location, golf course is not playable due to drought/legal issues but we don't golf so it was actually nice for us, walked around the course, easy walk to beach and Honolua Store. Would come back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Kapalua golf villa. The place was immaculate and very well equipped and the outdoor lanai was spectacular. Great views. We will likely return.

This unit is comfortable with a great outdoor space, especially for sunsets. Beach gear provided which is nice. Very close to the property's pools, golf, spa at Montage Kapalua, grocery store and several restaurants. The rest of West Maui is also only minutes away.

This lovely condo was even better than we expected! The view of the ocean was fantastic! You could enjoy the view from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. All linens were fresh, new and bright white. Everything was immaculate. We did a lot of cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The lanai is very large and is perfect for meals or just relaxing. We enjoyed walking down to Kapalua beach and watching the whales. After exploring the island each day, we loved coming back to “our home”. The resort has a very relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. Charles quickly answered the few questions we had. We are planning to come back!

Overall, the unit was as advertised. The pictures are consistent with what you see upon arrival. We have stayed at the golf villas several times, and we loved the location and its proximity to beaches and the lovely beach town of Lahaina. The unit is steps from a heated pool and gas grills which was helpful. The lanai is large with a great ocean view. We rented a car which made visiting different parts of the island manageable. Highly recommended as there is a shuttle, but it doesn't take you everywhere. The reason for the 4-stars and not a full 5 is the beach equipment. The beach chairs needed updating as they all had broken elements: straps, pockets, and rust. We saw Tommy Bahama beach chairs for $40 at the local Costco, so purchasing new ones would benefit the unit. The cooler's zipper was broken and had mildew, and there was no snorkel equipment at all which we found odd. We've always had access to basic snorkel equipment at other condos. The beach towels were standard--again, other units we've stayed at had resort-style towels- bigger and thicker. Our suggestion would be to upgrade the basic beach necessities for future renters to meet the daily cost of staying as this particular condo. The living room had a Smart TV where we could stream most everything, but the bedroom had a basic TV with local Spectrum cable. In today's world, most travelers rely on streaming rather than cable TV, so adding another Smart TV in the bedroom would be an improvement.

A lovely spacious unit on an exquisitely maintained property on the Kapalua Golf course. You are surrounded by trees in their grandest form and are often visited by the sweetest of wild birds looking for a nibble. The unit has two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower) and a large, impressive master bedroom. We found the bed and pillows uncomfortable (not a judgement just a preference); the kitchen was well stocked and provided some cooking basics (salt, pepper, apple cider vinegar, olive oil spray). These units are solidly built and with neighbours above and below, you rarely hear anyone. The breathtaking Kapalua Coastal Trail is close by within walking distance as is Kapalua Bay (some of the best snorkelling we have ever done) and Napili Bay. You need a car if you're staying here as amenities are not particularly close by. The Honolua market is on the grounds (kind of like an upscale ABC market) and has a lot of gift-related and some food items for takeaway, good wine selection etc. I recommend Napili Plaza as the closest for all fresh food needs. The small swimming pools dotted around the property feel semi-private and the water is very clean and refreshing. We arrived at night so finding the unit was a bit tricky as the outdoor light was not on. Charles, the on-site concierge was attentive and easily reachable by text and answered many of my questions and dealt with an unexpected leak from the sink garburator. Overall, this is a dynamite property if you're looking for a quiet, relaxed and somewhat removed getaway from the hustle and bustle of the Maui tourist scene.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is stocked with everything you might need during your stay in Maui. It was clean and comfortable and the area is beautiful. Once of the community pools is right next door so super convenient. Only one step to get into the property whereas others are either up or down a full flight of stairs so this property is great for this with mobility challenges. There are are great dining options nearby and multiple beach options a short drive away (within 5 minutes). The host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

We spent 4 nights in beautiful Kapalua Maui at the Golf Condos. The condo felt so much like home but with great views of the ocean, the golf course, walking trails along the coast, access to on site and nearby restaurants as well as a semi-private pool area! We were really impressed by the amenities!! More so, check in was so easy as well as easy access to property manager as needed. Owners left great recommendations on things to do and see...We plan to go back soon!!
