Kapalua Bay Villa 21G5 By Parrish Maui - Beachfront & ocean views

The property was beautifully appointed, steps from the beach with spectacular views. The villa was very clean and the 2 story layout was perfect for comfortably spreading out and feeling right at home. Watching the whales from the lanai and windows at all hours of the day was just magical. 10/10!

This unit was steps from the beach with an unmatched view of Molokai and the Kapalua coast from the living room (downstairs) and bedroom (upstairs).

This place exceeded our expectations. Close to the pool, great walking paths and the beach is just steps away. We will be back!

The property is just as described - in an outstanding location just above Oneloa beach. The proximity of the Kapalua Coastal Trail just below is handy and we walked on it almost daily around the point to get full, unobstructed views of the sunsets. We didn't need an alarm, the sunrise woke us each day. The property was clean and well-appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here at the villas. We would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a remote, non-hotel, vacation vibe. The views the second you walk in truly do take your breath away. We had plans to drive around the island and go visit other beaches, but we found ourselves wanting to stay at our condo and enjoy the beach just steps below the villa! The villa had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook, which we did most nights and very thankful to have that. It was very well equipped with bath towels, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. I think the only real negative for us was the master bed was a bit uncomfortable and might need time for an upgrade or a good pad because it seems to be sinking in. We saw a few bugs, and foot traffic by the stairs near us, but we knew we were staying at the beach where there could be bugs and people walking by so that didn't really bother us! There's a lot of windows... which we loved! We are already starting to plan our next trip back to this villa because we believed it was the best one in the Bay Villas!

The security door code would not work when we arrived and the cellphone service was spotty so we couldn't call out. Had to drive around to find someone to help us make a call. There were about three sets of steps down to unit and no elevator for bringing luggage back and forth, groceries, etc. and had to park the car way up in a parking lot. Cellphone service terrible the whole time so hard to reach the shuttle when we needed a ride. The unit lacked amenities - condiments, basics like aluminum foil and saran wrap. Other high end units we've stayed in do nice touches like a bottle of wine in the refrigerator, etc. The view is definitely the best part.

Reviewer Comments: everything went smoothly, the unit is perfectly located except the steps to the beach are right in front, so you have a lot of foot traffic parading in front of your unit, therfore not a private as one would hope. nonetheless we had a great time and would visit it again.
