Kapalua Bay Villa 20B4 By Parrish Maui - Beachfront & great Beach Access

We had a great week in Maui and enjoyed staying in a new (to us) part of the island. Kapalua is greener and gets more rain than Wailea. The location of the condo complex is fantastic and the proximity of this condo to the stairs to the beach and pathway is ideal. I really enjoyed the views from the lanai, although it is crowded out there with the table, four chairs, and two chaise lounges (plus the beach stuff). More stuff than you see in the picture and the lanai is smaller than some I've had with other rentals. The bathroom is huge and perfect for two people. The tub did not hold water at first but Parrish came out and fixed the issue. Speaking of the bathroom, while there is a blowdryer, it is old and sounds like it's on its last legs. If you have long hair, like I do, you might want to bring your own hairdryer. Minor detail, though. As a few others have noted, I found the bed mattress to be a bit uncomfortable. My husband thought it was OK. The bedroom is warmer than the rest of the condo but there is a standing fan and ceiling fan in the bedroom so that helps out. I think it would get extra warm in the summer months, especially August. We used the kitchen and it has everything that you need. I wish there had been instructions for how to use the television and how to run the fan/lighting/ac in the living room. We figured these things out but there are no directions in the binder of information. Parking is very convenient and the pool closest to the condo has a great view.

Lovely place in great location. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely breezes through the entire place and listen to waves at night. Great deck for eating breakfast and overlooking beach and sunrise. Steps down to lovely, secluded beach and easy access to hiking Kapalua trail. Easy kitchen set up and good bathroom.

We spent 4 wonderful days/nights at this property. It had a gorgeous ocean view, with a short walk to the beach. Clean, comfortable, everything that we could have asked for.

Amazing views and great location

The location was excellent. I think the home could use some updating with paint and living room furniture. The bedroom furniture was lovely. the mattress, not good at all. Wonderful bathroom! Very nice kitchen with lots of amenities. Great balcony where we enjoyed watching the surf. Overall, great stay Thank you ! We'll return!

Would definitely stay in this unit again! Great views and convenient access to coastal walking trail, beautiful beach and pool. Management team was very efficient and welcoming, communicating with us about check in/check out and making sure we had everything we needed including recommendations for whale watching vendors and dealing with a minor TV connection glitch promptly and professionally. Unit was well maintained, spotless and nicely furnished and stocked with everything we could have asked for in the kitchen including welcome coffee and a fresh pineapple on arrival - as well as all we needed for the perfect vacation - hair dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, snorkel gear and yoga mats. Pool area also very nice and grills available as well. Thank you Parrish Maui! We enjoyed our stay in Kapalua Bay Villas and can't wait to return!

Clean, Modern, gorgeous view. Couldn’t pick a better spot.

We have stayed at several condos in the Kapalua Bay Villas over the past 10 years and this was our favorite one-bedroom. The view cannot be beat (an unobscured view of Oneloa beach), and the inside of the condo is fantastic. The bathroom in particular is the definition of luxury, with two showers and a beautiful freestanding bathtub. We will be back!

The villas are in a gated property that is very well looked after. The views of the beach are beautiful. In terms of location it's very close to a couple of great coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants. There are a few surrounding beaches that are very popular as well. Overall the property was very clean, comfortable and had a lot of the basic essentials.
