Primary bedroom (loft) with a queen bed and private bath
Second bedroom with 2 twins (can be converted to a King bed for a fee)

    Very good overall. Only challenge was staying cool without AC. Front door does not want to stay open even with door stop on bottom. Unable to open upper windows to add more air flow. Otherwise, beautiful view and great location.

    Pictures are nice, but property is nothing alike. Since there are no reserved parking slots it's a challenge to find a spot nearby to entrance, so be prepared for a walk with your suitcases and then good luck carrying them to 3rd floor, which is a challenge. Condo itself is old and everything is falling apart, from doors to windows, which you can't close, non-working power outlets, mold in the kitchen and bathrooms and noisy neighbours. When we arrived well past the checkin time - the cleaner wasn't done yet (apparently he wasn't aware the guests are coming), then he left the loft windows open, which you cannot close yourself and we had to deal with the rain and sleepless night due to waves crashing outside. I guess the only positive thing is location which is right in front of the ocean and in Kapaa village, close to shopping mall, but otherwise don't really recommend it unless you are more for a camping experience.

    Waking up every morning to the ocean waves, this is the paradise life. Thank you so much. The unit was clean. So happy there were ceiling fans and a standing one available .Restaurants around were so convenient with the grocery store so close, a bonus. Thanks again!

    We loved the location and the view. This place has been remodeled, nice flooring, clean kitchen, and all the supplies you need while you are staying there. Only I had few issues. The furniture don’t look clean. And also the towels in the bathroom has spots on it. Like discoloration.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying here! You can go to sleep listening to the ocean and wake up to a glorious sunrise. The Garden Island staff is the best. They are always so helpful and kind. The unit is very clean and comfortable with timely replenishment of linens and towels. The location is perfect for exploring all parts of Kauai and convenient to local stores and restaurants. We have been coming here for nearly 20 years and will be back again! It’s our favorite place!

    We loved our stay at this cute little condo! The place was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was great! We were able to walk across the street for groceries, Saturbucks and Subway. We also enjoyed our walk to Downtown Kappa’a!

We have been staying at, Kapaa Shore for over 15 years and most of that time has been in KS305. The location is perfect for exploring the island and the views are stunning. You get a 180° view of the ocean and east shore. The unit is comfortable, clean and they have kept it maintained and updated through the years. The team at Garden Island Properties is the best, very accommodating and helpful. We are already set to go for next year!
