The unit was perfect and was so relaxing. We had everything we needed and you cant beat the view.

We will return back! We loved that everything was provided as far as amenities. We also loved the beachfront location.

Amazing view, close to the ocean, close to the pool. Only negative is there is no ac in the living room, however, they did provide 2 fans that helped quite a bit, and we spent most of our time outside where there was a nice ocean breeze. The bedroom has one that worked great!

This was my 2nd visit and stay at Kapaa Shores. The location is the best and a great value for the dollar. I hope to be back every year to celebrate my birthday.

Overall, absolutely amazing! The view from the porch and just being able to get up, pour a cup of coffee each morning, walk 50' and being on the shore in a lounge chair to watch the sunrise over the ocean is worth every penny! The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star (if they had 4.5, I would have given an extra half star) is because I felt a bit misled by the description. While it does have AC, it is only in the bedroom and not nearly enough to cool the house. This means our 10 yo on the sofa bed had trouble sleeping due to the heat. The other thing to know is it lists washer/dryer BUT that isn't in the room but rather a $2 a load laundromat on the property. Other than those two issues, we loved it and even with those issues, we would consider staying there again and just adjusting our expectations and pack different. The wife packed assuming we would have a washer and this stressed her out and made us plan outings around loads.

Had some issues and property management company responded immediately with a focus on customer service. The resort needs to provide umbrellas for much needed shade around the pool. I would stay here again and recommend.

Being right in the beach was amazing. Close to restaurants and central location made it easy to get around.
