We have fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops, covered patio, a/c, wifi, wood floors throughout, fireplace, in suite laundry, direct access indoor heated parking and the best of nature at your doorstep! A very comfy queen sized bed awaits in the bedroom after a day of exploring, with pull out sofa in the living room for extra guests. In the shared courtyard you can enjoy large hot tub with stunning views of the surrounding mountains as well as sitting area equipped with fire pit & BBQ’s. Resort shared gym and sporting equipment setup area are all available to you without leaving the property!

The entire apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. And you will have access to all onsite facilities, gym, courtyard and hot tub without extra fees.

Our condo is located in quiet & close to nature hamlet of Dead Man’s Flats, Alberta. It is perfect for guests who wish to stay away from the tourist crowded towns of Canmore & Banff.

    Everything was excellent, exactly as stated, or even better. This location has a large hottub that was used by the community, which was fun to socialize at the end of the day.

    We stayed in this condo with 2 kiddos and felt that we had plenty of space for 4 guests. This updated condo is very well taken care of with full kitchen amenities and a grill. Paul and Anita really pay attention to small details to make their guests feel welcome and at ease. Additionally, Deadman Flats area is about 10 min drive to Canmore but so much quieter and relaxing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    Quiet area away from the bustle of Banff. Easy access to Kananaskis hiking, Three Sisters, Spray Lakes, Banff National Park. Fantastic spot to get away from it all. There is no shopping or services to speak of in Dead Man’s Flats other than a gas station that doubles as a restaurant. However, Canmore has all services and shopping and is only 7km away. The apartment is fully equipped with linens and towels, and the kitchen has a full range of appliances, utensils and dishes. Even an electric fireplace. Free underground parking. The host is lovely, messaging to ask if there is anything needing fixed or replenished.

    The condo was clean, and had pretty much everything we needed. The parking garage is a huge perk during the colder months. This location is about 10mins from actual Canmore, but there are two convenience store in front, one of which has a diner style restaurant, we ate breakfast there and it was good. There is also a coffee shop literally right next door. The weather was great during our stay and so like many folks that visit the area, we did not spend very much time in the apartment, we got up early and came back late. There are just so many places to see in and around BNP. The only issue we had, and I’m sure it was probably an isolated incident but the people staying above us would walk around until sometimes after midnight stomping the floors, and what sounded like sliding the furniture around. This went on for about three nights and we just made jokes, speculating what in the world they were doing. But all in all we really enjoyed the trip again, this was our third visit to the Canmore / Banff area and has become one of our favorite places. Paul and Anita were gracious hosts, and patiently helped us figure out the check in process after a long day of travel. Copperstone Resort is a lovely and convenient place to set up as your base camp, and is very typical of the average rental properties you will find in the area.

    All was good. You might want to change out the dining table chairs as they are wiggly and not safe for heavy guys like me. I broke one of those chairs last year when we stayed there. Also the dishwasher did not operate for us. These are just minor issues which did not effect our great stay at your complex, but if someone doesn't let you know then hard for you to fix. Thanks again and Happy New Years. We will definitely book again with you..!!

    This location is the perfect spot away from the crowds of Canmore and Banff while still being super close and convenient for day trips. Just a couple of minor issues. We would have appreciated a couple amenities such as face cloths for the bathroom, linens for the sofa bed, and more mirrors (only 1 in the bathroom). There were also many mosquitoes in our unit throughout our stay and we could not figure out where they were coming from as we did not use the patio door. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

    The property was clean and well built allowing very little sound to travel into the unit. The hosts were enjoyable to correspond with. Mostly used for a shift work bed during the day, but all the necessary amenities were there. Would stay there again.
