Welcome to Kanaloa 2403, a serene 2-bedroom plus loft (that features additional sleeping space) condo with unimpeded views of the stunning blue ocean and the resort pool just steps away. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.



The Space:

Whether you are relaxing on the home’s spacious lanai or lounging by the shared pool, enjoy listening to the calming ocean waves as you breathe in the salty ocean air.

With outdoor dining, lounge chairs, and wet bar, the lanai is certainly one of the home’s most appealing features. But when you're in need of some indoor relaxation, the living room has cozy couches, smart tv, and still those gorgeous ocean views. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry and all the appliances and tools you’ll need for convenient meals at home. Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables allow you to share meals without ever losing sight of the water.



This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and sleeping loft.



Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, vanity, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and smart tv.



Bedroom #3 The loft has a set of bunk beds with a full size bed on bottom and twin size bed on top, plus an additional twin size bed.





Set amidst a backdrop of lush tropical landscapes, Kanaloa 2403 is your oasis for relaxation and rest. But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century.



When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.



Downtown is a short drive away with more shopping, restaurants, and nightlife to explore. Plus the possibilities of day trips beyond Kona are endless!



THINGS TO NOTE:

-The minimum age limit to book is 21 years of age.

-There is a minimum 5 night stay required to book this property.

-The home shares an additional bathroom with walk-in shower.

-Parking pass for 1 vehicle is provided.

-There are stairs to enter this home 16 steps.

-Washer and dryer in unit.

-The air conditioning system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

- Guests are required to register at the Kanaloa front desk and pay $25/day Resort Fee upon arrival at the front desk.

- Please be advised the Ocean Pool will be closed from May 1 through 20 for resurfacing. The Quiet Pool and Main Pool and spas will be available during this time. Pool Tile Restoration Project May 26 - 29. We will be stripping the pool deck tiles and sealing them to bring back their original color. The pools will be closed for one full day to complete this project.

    Condo is beautiful, great view from the lanai of the pool & sunsets. We loved it. There were beach chairs & pool toys and cooler for our use. A/C worked great , very quiet.We had a great time

    *The price listed on VRBO is not accurate for this property. We had to pay more to the resort office upon arrival.*The ocean view was great and the space itself was clean. The shared spaces on the property were well equipped and well maintained. The location was good for accessing Kona as well as various beaches, bays, and other sites. The listing was not clear about all expenses. The check-in process at the property required additional fees paid to the resort office that were not clearly explained or included in the total advertised price.

    Condo was great! Lots of space, kitchen was stocked well and was clean. The view was beautiful and pools were all clean!

    This place was perfect for two sets of adults and kids. It is a great location and the view from balcony was excellent. We were right next to pool. The kitchen was very well stocked with what we needed at every meal including Tupperware containers we used during the week. Like many similar places in Hawaii the building was likely built in the 80s and so is a bit dated, but in no way did that impact our enjoyment. We’d come back which is how I look at whether a place was good.

    We had a great time. Beds were comfortable and the ocean view was beautiful! This was a really nice place. Really enjoyed the space. I would go back if I return to the Big Island
