Kamaole Sands 7-308 - Fully Renovated in 2025, Whisper-Quiet AC, Premium Comfort

Perfect location across the street from the beach and great amenities like pool gym etc. we've stayed at this building before but this unit was especially nice! Loved the chairs on the balcony and the large kitchen island. The 2 bathrooms were a plus! Clean unit and plenty of cups and dishes to use as well. Very informative host. Had no issues with anything

We had a delightful stay! The condo was clean, peaceful and close to everything. It was a really nice space to relax and unwind without the super high prices of the resorts in Wailea.

One of the best beaches for kids 3 minutes walk distance. The apartment has everything: foam boards, chairs and an umbrella, and kitchen is fully stocked. Amenities are great: pool, gym, grills. Internet connection could be better, disconnects are quite often, and 5G has the same issue with T-Mobile in the area. Overall the place is very family-friendly and safe

We stayed 10 wonderful nights. The property was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. It's just a short walk to beautiful beaches. We loved the central Maui location.

We stayed here for 5 days in the middle of our vacation. It is right next to the beach and easily walkable to restaurants and shops. It’s also easy to get around the island with a car. The space was clean and inviting and a great place to relax after long days of exploring.

We needed a booking for the Thanksgiving weekend and Susan’s place was perfect! Adorably decorated and easy to find. She also communicated quickly and so kind! Thank you for making our Maui stay so nice :).

This unit has been recently remodeled and everything is wonderful. We loved the open kitchen with the island. We hope to be able to rebook this in the future.

Susan's place was perfect for us. The location is across the street from a great beach for swimming and watching sunsets. All types of adventures nearby. With the unit so clean and comfortable it was also nice to stay and relax. Susan was very accommodating and contacted us several times before and during our visit to check to make sure we had a pleasant stay.

The Kamaole Sands location was all we could ask for. It is located just across the street from some great beach parks and only a couple of miles from a great golf course. One concern was bad speakers on TV

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this fabulous condo. Gourmet kitchen with all supplies a family or chef could possibly need. Beds and linens were comfortable. Water presser and remodeled bathrooms were great! A/C worked great! Everything met or exceeded our expectations. CLEAN! Location, grounds and security are some of the best on the island. We've been to this Resort a few times. Everything only seems to get better each year. Susan, the property manager was very responsive through text, and also on the VRBO platform. She helped accommodate our last minute reservation and check in was super simple. Love that! We are already planning to visit this A+ unit again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO rental! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, allowing us to start our vacation on a relaxed note. The apartment itself was well-provisioned, with all the essentials we needed and a few thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful view from the apartment, which we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. Additionally, we were delighted to find a mango tree right outside, adding a lovely touch to the surroundings. Another major plus was the beach right across the street. It was easy to access and absolutely wonderful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun and surf. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental and would highly recommend it to others. The combination of a smooth check-in, well-stocked apartment, beautiful views, and easy beach access made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Kamaole Sands is a great location, with beautiful garden grounds. A few minute walk to many beaches, or a quick drive to either Wailea or central Kihei.
