Nice place to have a relaxing time

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. Had plenty of bath, beach and kitchen towels. The air conditioner was very effective. Condo was very quiet; we are both little sleeper and we did not have any issue sleeping. We made good use of the beach chairs and beach umbrella that were provided.The management team gave us all the needed information well in advance which made it very low stress about checking in. We enjoy your stay and would stay there again.

We had an amazing experience staying here in Maui! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication so easy. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying sunsets in Kihei made the trip extra special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui.

We highly recommend this apartment! It's spacious, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. The balcony is a big plus, offering a lovely view. The residence is great—very well maintained, with nice common areas, BBQ, pool, and jacuzzi, all of which are a bonus. There's a beautiful beach right in front, and several others nearby. The apartment also comes with great beach gear: quality chairs, an umbrella, and a small cooler. Supermarkets and food options are just 5 minutes away. The only thing to improve would be the sofa bed mattress, which is quite uncomfortable for sleeping.

Great stay, clean condo, love the location and overall stay was excellent, Would definitely rent again. Only small issues were master bedroom room needs more drawer space and the internet for the tv in the master bedroom constantly had to refresh and would lose internet connection.

Fantastic stay at this condo! A short walk across the street to Kamaole III beach or up the street to shopping and restaurants. A short drive to the Wailea Oceanfront boardwalk Trail & multiple beaches. Unit was adequately stocked, super clean, a/c worked well, bed & pillows were comfortable, lanai was awesome, check in was easy, owner was very responsive, the complex is beautiful and well kept. Wonderful stay for my birthday week! Would not hesitate to book the unit again in the future!

Really nice condo in a perfect location. The kitchen is pretty basic, and the AC turns off (goes to 76n degrees) every two hours so very warm at night.

The property was just as listed. Clean and equipped with all the essentials you would need. Beautiful view of the courtyard, pool and partial view of the ocean. Loved the location. Management team was very responsive and with clear communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was awesome! Super comfy beds, condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the location so close to the pool and we had a peak view of the ocean from the lanai We initially had some issues with the tv streaming but once the manager was contacted they took care of it right away! Would def stay here again! Mahalo!

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands Resort at least a dozen times. It is our favourite vacation spot. This Unit is by far the best condo we have stayed at. Owner was very helpful and professional. Definitely 5 stars all around.

The condo is very nice with tile floors to make it easy to clean if sand gets in. Air conditioners in both the main living room and the bedroom kept the temperature comfortable the entire time. Location is close to very nice beaches and walking or short drive to many shopping and eating establishments. Must try the cinnamon roll place just down the road! Quick walk to a wonderful swimming pool and beach directly across the street. Only downside was the lack of commonly used items such as broom/dustpan, storage containers of any kind, and nice beach towels. The beach chairs provided were older and had broken straps which made them difficult to use. These are both very minor issues and overall did not impact the quality of our trip. If your goal is to rest and relax while in Maui, this unit is perfect for you. Looking for night life, there are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the price of the unit was very reasonable for both its quality and location. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a great place to call home during your visit to Maui.

We weren't told about the construction, but they did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable I would say they went above and beyond as possible.

This property was AMAZING, we will defiantly be putting it on our list for next time! The property manager was more than helpful and kind! Next time we plan to bring our kids and grandkids and will be reaching out to them to help accommodate us!
