I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit, well equipped unit, good ocean views. Water fountain a negative as very noisy when on deck.However wanted to book unit for 2025 but prices up considerably.

Unit 10-205 was our favorite so far. The location and view from the deck was wonderful. The deck had a table with six chairs which made us so convenient to have guests over for a meal. The indoor furnishings were very comfortable and the dishes, towels, bedding and beach supplies were outstanding. Also, a great thank you to whoever cleaned the unit before we arrived. It was by far the cleanest unit we have ever been in. Thanks to rentalsmaui staff for all your help planning and booking our stay See You in April 2024.

Although we missed the kitchen not having an oven it was the perfect place. It was fully stocked with beach gear/toys. Amazing view!

Stayed Mar 4, 2023The unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you could need. Loved the location right across the street from beach and our daughter appreciated the beach toys. Enjoyed our stay at Kam Sands! Beautiful property!

Stayed Feb 10, 2023Very nice unit in key location. Stunning sunset views from private balcony. One of the best beaches with sea turtles and snorkeling right across the street. Comfortable unit with full amenities, including convenience of washer/dryer. Highly recommended!

We were in building 10 so had a great view of the ocean. The grounds at Kamaole Sands are beautiful! Our condo was very well equipped with everything we needed.Very nice kitchen, beach chairs, cooler etc.
