Stayed Aug 2, 2022Nice view but dated, small bathroom, didnt stay that cool, ac barely worked, bedroom didn't get cool. One small elevator. Had to wait a while sometimes.

Stayed May 7, 2025I don’t like ever leaving negative feedback on a stay and actually I think this is probably the first. The biggest complaint we had was that the air conditioning was woefully inadequate and we spent every night sleeping in a bedroom that was too hot and we couldn’t even have a sheet on top of us. The deadbolt on the door did not work. There were dust bunnies and picture frames, etc. underneath the bed, those were the major issues we had. The location of the property is perfect. Check in process was smooth. I tried to contact management on the deadbolt issue, but we just relied on the lock on the screen door. Some of this needs to be updated to improve future stays.

Stayed Jan 27, 2025Great location. Been visiting Kamaole Beach Royale since the 3rd grade. Celebrated my 50th birthday in Kihei this year. Feels like home away from home. Can’t beat the location for beach, shops, local eats. Love!

Covered patio with oceanview was nice and excellent soft sand Kamaole Beach I is steps away. Perfect spot for a beach holiday. Snorkel gear was not usable but reasonable rentals are adjacent. Would recommend a car rental as restaurants and shopping are spread out. Nice to have laundry in unit.
