    Reserved parking, close to things, overall good condition. Third floor with no elevator was a minor inconvenience.

    We enjoyed our stay. There were basics in the kitchen and bathroom for our use. They also had items available to use at the beach. It was in walking distance to central Kona. The responsiveness of the property management was exceptional. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

    Our stay was great and it was a walkable distance to Kailua Kona Bay. The unit was clean, had pots/pans, utensils and containers to use along with some basic condiments. The air conditioning was in the living room and a ceiling fan and floor fan in the room. The remote control for the ceiling fan and light was temperamental (hopefully it was just the battery). The sliding door didn't lock, so I'm glad we were on the 3rd floor. It was also nice to have the use of beach amenities if we needed it. We were able to eat at a couple awesome restaurants nearby like Sean's Kitchen and El Maguey.

    Great location, right across the street from our favorite restaurant in Kona (Krua Thai) and easy walk to all the downtown restaurants and shops.AC worked great. Shaded parking. Good internet. We would do it again.

    Comfortable for the 2 of us. Clean, close to and easy access to beaches/stores/interesting sites to see/etc., air conditioner came in handy. Having beach accessories (short-legged chairs, umbrella, boogie board, snorkel gear) available at unit was nice. Pool and grills near pool were nice feature; we enjoyed the friendly cat at pool. Other tenants very nice and friendly. Road noise a bit much at times.

    Well appointed top floor condominium facingthe seaside town of Kona. Everything is clean, comfortable and nice. There are even outdoor folding chairs, boogie board, and accessories for beach and pool! We would stay here again!

    Extremely nice property. I would book here again. The only negatives are that there is no elevator access so not easily accessible for anyone who cannot climb stairs. We also had a few roaches that I believe got in under the main door due to a faulty door seal that needs replaced. The presence of the roaches can be attributed to the climate and the door seal. The property was extremely clean and well cared for so it is not because the place was dirty. Again, I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here for 8 days.

    The apartment was centrally located and it was a five minute walk to get to the ocean. Quiet and had everything a guest would ever need. There was lots of beach equipment, which came in handy!
