Newly remodeled Unit! Two bedrooms, 1 bath 3rd (top) floor unit, no elevator. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and smart TV. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed with sliding doors between the main living areafor privacy. This condo provides 600 square ft. of comfortable living space. Air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans and portable fans are provided.

Full kitchen, private lanai, ceiling fans, Smart TV in the living room and bedroom to stream your favorite apps. Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler and beach towels are provided. There is a washer/dryer in unit! Sleeps up to 4 guests total including children and infants.

Enjoy the ambiance of old Hawaii with the coconut palms swaying and ocean sounds from your private lanai. Sunrises and moon rise from the resort grounds are awe-inspiring! Enjoy the oceanfront pool, barbecue grills and gorgeous views from this Kapaa property. The ocean and lagoon tidepools are perfect for wading and the little ones to enjoy.

For the avid outdoors person, kayak up the Wailua River, hike the Sleeping Giant Trail, visit Opaeka'a Falls, golf at Wailua Golf Course or just sun, swim and snorkel in your own back yard at the Kauai Kailani. Take a boat ride up to the Fern Grotto or just lay by the pool and enjoy your Kauai vacation. This central location makes it easy to visit the Waimea Canyon and Poipu to the south or Hanalei Bay and Haena to the north. Wailua Golf Course is a few minutes away.

Located 6.5 miles from the Lihue Airport and walking distance to the town of Kapaa make this an ideal getaway for couples or families alike. Just a few minutes away in the town of Kapaa/Wailua you will find grocery stores, boutiques and various first-class restaurants.     Location is great near shops and restaurants. The property itself is not the nicest view. Furniture uncomfortable and lack of amenities like kitchen spices and beach umbrella. It is safe and good if you plan to be out all tbe tine

Our vacation rental was located perfectly in the middle of Kapaa, with shopping, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, and beaches within walking distance. It literally took 2 minutes to get the beach. We loved our vacation rental. It had every amenity needed for a great stay, (inviting property, comfortable rooms, kitchen, and washer/dryer). If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, we would recommend this property to anyone!
