Great Kaanapali Royal listing with ocean and sunset views. Third floor unit L303 with ocean views and views of golf course and Whalers Village. 4-7 occupancy: 4 adults 3 children, or 5 adults 1 child. See bed info we want you to be comfortable! The main living room couch does pull out to a queen sofa sleeper. Also, condo has had recent repairs done due to some damage from long term guest stays as a result of the Maui fire. Repairs included kitchen cabinet stair tread to the upstairs, someplumbing work and now the upstairs bath has just had the shower remodeled as well. It has been a challenge recently on island with limited resources and staff as result of the tragic Maui fire. Updates to the condo are continuing and done as needed. We do the best we can to maintain the condo to high standards, but unfortunately staff and resources are limited right now and addressed on our end as best we can.

Once at the condo, please make sure to visit the front desk to pay the parking fee for your stay. Parking cost $140 per stay regardless of length of stay. This is a one-time fee only for your entire stay. Fees are subject to change, we will do our best to update accordingly.

Please note that feeding of the feral cats on the Kaanapali Royal property is strictly forbidden. Onsite personal have recently observed that some guests are ignoring this policy. The cats are on property for pest control purposes to aid and assist with keeping rodents off property and not in any of the buildings. Therefore, please be conscientious of this strict policy and do not feed the feral cats. If any member of your party is caught feeding the cats, there could be fines issued from the association/onsite personal. So please do not feed the feral cats and enjoy your stay on Maui Island.

The Kaanapali Royal complex is located on the 16th fairway of the Kaanapali Golf Course, in the center of the famous Kaanapali Resort. This upscale condominium complex has low-rise buildings and is extremely peaceful with open green space and tropical gardens and a spacious common pool and BBQ area to grill food while in the complex or while enjoying the pool. Unit L303 is a top floor unit that has an excellent ocean view and with a view of the pool and golf course. The top floor unit has only one set of stairs up from the parking lot that you can park right in front of for easy unloading of your car as you come and go each day . Enjoy amazing sunsets while you sip a beverage of your choice while on the lanai or just take in the tranquility of the view and the surroundings in the morning.

The Kaanapali Royal complex is a short 5 to 10 minute stroll to Whalers Village and the world famous Kaanapali Beach, which is consistently voted a world top beach by readers of Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. Whaler’s Village offers a variety of stores and great restaurants. Some of the favorites are Monkeypod Kitchen, Hula Grill, and Leilani's. Kaanapali Royal guests enjoy a resort golf discount as well and you should inquire at the pro shop should you elect to take a round of golf in while visiting Kaanapali. 'Black Rock', located on Kaanapali Beach, offers excellent snorkeling and for the adventurous is a great jump of the rock off the rock into the ocean. Kaanapali Royal is only a short drive or free trolley ride to historical downtown Lahaina for excellent dining, art galleries and shopping.

This privately owned condo has over 1600 square feet of living space with air conditioning plus a wonderful huge lanai overlooking the pool with a great ocean view. The condo is centrally located in the complex with close access to the heated pool, spa and tennis courts. This top floor unit is easily accessible since the parking lot is on the 2nd floor level and is accessible via one flight of stairs.

The condo itself is a two story unit with large living area on the first level, with one main bedroom and bathroom as well as kitchen and laundry and then the downstairs or three small steps will allow you to enter into the living room and lanai. The living room has a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa, large 60 flat screen HDTV, free fast available internet and DVD as well as the great ocean views. The first or front bedroom has its own attached full bathroom, King bed, 43 Roku application flat screen HDTV and its own private lanai.

Upstairs we have a very spacious master bedroom and full bathroom with vaulted ceilings & fan, ocean views, king bed, 40 '' Flat Scree HDTV with smart applications for all your viewing options. The master bedroom also features a mini refrigerator for guest use/convenience.

The gated condo complex has secure parking. There are also two tennis/basketball courts, a large pool, 2 gas grills and outdoor dining area, and Jacuzzi. Kaanapali Royal is the perfect spot for your vacation in a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It's never too crowded and you should always have a lounge chair by the pool for your use. The Kaanapali Royal complex is very close to the beach yet about half the price of oceanfront condos, much quieter, larger and spacious units and you can still visit all the hotels if necessary and then come back to the peace and quiet of this unit at the end of the day. There is also plenty of free parking near the hotels for beach access during the day, so please keep that in mind should you elect to drive down to the Kaanapali beaches vs walking to them. The condo has beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and an umbrella for your use while at the condo so that you can enjoy at day at the beach and not have to worry about renting those items for use while at the condo in Kaanapali.

    Water was leaking in the ceiling by the front door. Lots of water! It filled a bucket 4 times a day. The ceiling collapsed. Also we couldn’t use the washer because it was leaking into the unit below ours. The kitchen sink cabinet was missing a door. The barbecue that was said to be on the balcony was not there.There were cockroaches upstairs and downstairs.The unit has not been updated for years.

    Condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. We were able to spread out and have our own space. My daughter didn’t mind sleeping on the pull out couch she said it was comfortable. The washer and dryer was nice. No detergent, a few dryer sheets in closet. The kitchen and master bath could use a face lift. The cabinet under the kitchen sink was missing a door. Looks like it rusted off. Dishwasher and fridge looked brand new. Sink in master bath had a drain issue with a bucket under the sink catching a slow leak. My husband did empty the dirty water once so it didn't overflow. I did let the owners know and it was fixed by a plumber a few days later. The view from the condo was gorgeous. I loved being so close to Whalers Village. The entrance to the complex was kind of scretchy with the weird bike rental and homeless people living in their cars. I felt safe in the condo with the gates and padded lock on door. The beach equipment was ok. 4/6 chairs were nice other 2 need replaced. The wagon is definitely on its last leg but it was a life saver lugging all of our stuff to the beach. The owners did respond to my concern with the sink but I didn’t like how I’d message them weeks/months prior to our trip and we’d either get no response and once time a quick yes response. Owners have to realize we are traveling thousands of miles from home spending a lot of money. We are going to have questions and it would be nice to have a response. I felt bad asking questions.

    We really enjoyed this is well appointed condo right on the golf course. Plenty of space with large balconies on both levels. Great location with easy walking access to shopping, beaches, snorkling, and restaurants. Great sunset views! Bring binoculars during whale watching season and you can see them right from the balcony.

    This was great for our family plenty of room to spread out. The pool and grounds are beautiful. We had an issue getting the a/c running and the property manager responded very quickly and helped us get it running. Location was great and even though we were not on the beach we had great views of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

    Had a great view of golf course and could see ocean from lanai. Very clean, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Enjoyed our stay here and would come again.
