Top of the Line PREMIER DIRECT OCEANFRONT 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo stands alone in its class.  Our condo is OWNER OPERATED AND MANAGED.  You can book our condo unit  #356 here directly through our site.  The condo is located in building Three, Oceanfront building, on the front corner 5th floor southend ocean side.  A Five Star Plus award wining Luxury condominum, and there is nothing that compares to the Location and  Views of this very spacious 1900 square foot DIRECT OCEANFRONT condo along the famous Kaanapali Beach Resort.  



The resort offers Beach Towels and beach chairs at the pool cabana for all guests staying at the Alii.   Stop by the pool cabana and check out all the services and items they have to offer you!



This luxury “Premier” Two Bedroom / 2 bath Direct Oceanfront condo offers breathtaking PANORAMIC OCEAN sunsets and unobstructed views of the blue Pacific with expansive views of Lanai and Molokai.  Our lani doors retract back to let the outside in! Our PRIVATELY rented premier condo will sleep up to a party of six comfortably and offers 1,900 square feet of pure direct oceanfront luxury. Our direct Oceanfront luxury condo includes upgraded designer furniture, stone countertops, travertine flooring, a beautifully appointed kitchen  with a Single Pod Keurig Coffee Machine and a handlful of pods for your check in day.  We also present our designed en-suite bathrooms.   Entertainment amenities will include flat sceen  Smart TV's, with Wireless internet service, a small safe is available in the condo. You will be completely dazzled and amazed when you walk thru the front entrance.



The new large open floor plan, was all changed and reconfigured.   You will fall in love! In fact you will not want to leave..... ever.  The whole family will appreciate the extra level of luxury offered by our Kaanapali Alii Premier Direct Oceanfront lcondo. Your parking is included in your guest resort fee.  The property has a MAMIMUM HEIGHT FOR LARGE VANS - NO MORE THAN 7 FEET IN HEIGHT.    You will recieve a parking pass and instructions on parking upon check-in at the front desk.    If you want valet parking, please ensure you take care of the valet people at the front desk. There is no parking available for large Vans over this height.



CANCELATION POLICY FOR ALL OF OUR RENTAL CONDOS:



Your total rental charges are fully refundable (less $100 bookkeeping fee) if you cancel your reservation on or 60 days before the date of your arrival.   If you cancel at 45 days after that date, 50%  the rental charges are nonrefundable and forfeited in full, unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same dates, time and conditions as your reservation. To recoup the costs of nonrefundable travel expenses, we encourage you to purchase Trip Cancelation Insurance.







WE DO NOT PROVIDE INFANT/CHILDRENS FURNITURE  cribs/ high chairs or furniture... you can rent these thru the company listed on our website. PLEASE NOTE:   ALL OF OUR CONDO UNITS HAVE THE KEURIG SINGLE POD COFFEE MACHINES.

    Spotlessly clean, excellent layout and perfectly appointed. This unit made for an exceptional extended family vacation to Maui. Communication with the property manager was exceptional. Bonnie went above and beyond to ensure everything was set up appropriately and answered every question we had. Having the perfect beach view for every sunset, this unit will not disappoint. We will book again in the future.

    The only item missing was a beach umbrella - some of the other units include these, and they're a nice, inexpensive add as opposed to paying $60/day from the Alii. Bonnie was great.

    We loved our time at the Kaanapali Ali’i. It’s the best property on the beach. The lanai is amazing! We spent hours every morning watching whales. The grounds are beautiful, and the resort and beach were not too crowded. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect!

    Beautiful property, incredible views, very clean and well equipped.Quality furnishings and beds/pillows were so comfortable. Bonnie was excellent answering questions at the time of booking and called me direct to talk to me. So helpful. Watching whales from the lanai while drinking coffee in the mornings was amazing. Will definitely come back.
