This luxury “Premier” Two Bedroom / 2 bath Direct Oceanfront condo offers breathtaking PANORAMIC OCEAN sunsets and unobstructed views of the blue Pacific with expansive views of Lanai and Molokai.  Our lani doors retract back to let the outside in! Our PRIVATELY rented premier condo will sleep up to a party of six comfortably and offers 1,900 square feet of pure direct oceanfront luxury. Our direct Oceanfront luxury condo includes upgraded designer furniture, stone countertops, travertine flooring, a beautifully appointed kitchen  with a Single Pod Keurig Coffee Machine and a handlful of pods for your check in day.  We also present our designed en-suite bathrooms.   Entertainment amenities will include flat sceen  Smart TV's, with Wireless internet service, a small safe is available in the condo. You will be completely dazzled and amazed when you walk thru the front entrance.



The new large open floor plan, was all changed and reconfigured.   You will fall in love! Your parking is included in your guest resort fee.  The property has a MAMIMUM HEIGHT FOR LARGE VANS - NO MORE THAN 7 FEET IN HEIGHT.    You will recieve a parking pass and instructions on parking upon check-in at the front desk.    If you want valet parking, please ensure you take care of the valet people at the front desk. There is no parking available for large Vans over this height.



CANCELATION POLICY FOR ALL OF OUR RENTAL CONDOS:



Your total rental charges are fully refundable (less $100 bookkeeping fee) if you cancel your reservation on or 60 days before the date of your arrival.   If you cancel at 45 days after that date, 50%  the rental charges are nonrefundable and forfeited in full, unless we are able to re-book the unit for the same dates, time and conditions as your reservation. To recoup the costs of nonrefundable travel expenses, we encourage you to purchase Trip Cancelation Insurance.







WE DO NOT PROVIDE INFANT/CHILDRENS FURNITURE  cribs/ high chairs or furniture... you can rent these thru the company listed on our website. PLEASE NOTE:   ALL OF OUR CONDO UNITS HAVE THE KEURIG SINGLE POD COFFEE MACHINES.
