Stayed May 19, 2025My girlfriend and I had a great time. We have stayed at Beachwood Villas before, but this was the best unit I have ever rented. Very clean, comfortable furniture and a full washer and dryer! We would rent this unit again!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is awesome! Peaceful, well cared for grounds. The condo is nicely decorated and stocked, well cared for and comfortable. We will definitely stay here next time we come down. The only thing that wasn’t excellent was that couch. The throw pillows don’t make up for the lack of back couch cushions - it’s super uncomfortable to sit on. Thanks s much for letting a stay and enjoy your nice place and wonderful area!

Location is great and easy to get to everywhere on 30a. Management company was accommodating and friendly. My only suggestion would be to add a dresser in bedroom or laundry room so we could take clothes out of suitcase.

It’s quiet, peaceful, comfortable, and right near the action on 30A. We did encounter a couple of bugs in the condo, but other than that it was great.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023Condo size was perfect and comfortable and very clean. Having washer/dryer in unit was so convenient. I would maybe suggest having information on the tv channels offered so it isn’t too difficult to find what you want, for those that don’t do streaming. Would definitely return to this unit again!

I have stayed at Beachwood villas 4 times and am never disappointed. The apartment had everything we needed! You can choose what condo you want and see how it’s decorated. This one had washer and dryer, tennis rackets and beach chairs included. The beach access is right across the street. Perfect location
