Stayed Jul 4, 2021Pros: Great location, half block to the beach! Well equipped kitchen and other odds and ends. Comfortably slept 6; beds comfortable. Cons: No elevator; washer and dryer small; microwave small. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 6, 2023Great location and nice place, HVAC needs to be updated and if you don't like stairs stay away, my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was close to Jolly Rodgers and the boardwalk and parasailing.

Stayed Aug 7, 2022The condo is in a great location, short walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants as well as a short walk across the street to the bay to see the sunsets. Condo was well equipped with everything needed and had a great outdoor seating area on the balcony. The locked storage closet on the ground floor was also a huge plus to store our beach gear in each day.

Stayed Jun 21, 2020If I had to make a suggestion it would have been nice to know there were no beach chairs, I have stayed here for 12 years first property that didn’t provide beach chairs and some sort of beach equip, overall everything was as listed, tv def could use updating , but we were happy

Stayed Aug 30, 2019This property was a good location, very close to the beach (1/2 block). The balcony provided a view both east and west, could see the distant ocean, but not the sand. Very nice to have decent cookware, adequate dishes, etc. It was acceptably clean. The bedrooms are small, but then, didn't spend time in there except to sleep. Nice open kitchen family room. Nice to have parking for two vehicles under the building out of the sun. Close to tennis, stores.

Stayed Aug 5, 2018The location was great, an easy walk to the beach. The under roof parking was a plus, but there were many steps up to the 2nd floor. The kitchen was well stocked. Most of the furniture was old, and the bed frames had many sharp corners. Also the dryer vent screen needs to be replaced. It was rusted through and lets lint enter the pipe. The carpet needs a good cleaning, but overall the unit was clean.
