Just Beachy, Sunbird 708E will let you spend your next Panama City Beach, Florida getaway watching the waves crash against the sugar white sands and bask in beachfront bliss! This one bedroom/one bathroom beachfront vacation rental is located on the 7th floor in the East Tower so you are within steps of the East Tower pool, grilling area and steps to the beach. Just Beachy comfortably sleeps 4-two on the beachfront queen sized sofa sleeper (great room) and two on the king bed in the masterbedroom. Walk to World Famous Pineapple Willy's located next door to Sunbird Resort and enjoy lunch or a beautiful sunset dinner from the pier.

A 2-3 night minimum stay is required. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo.

Registration (Parking & Armbands) is paid separately via the Park N Spot App. Parking is limited to one space per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice. Registration averages around $60 per stay
