The Space

This inviting retreat features an open layout with cozy seating, a large entertainment area, and plenty of natural light—ideal for unwinding after a day of golf, outdoor adventure, or exploring Mesquite. The living space flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to gather, cook, and connect.
r>The condo includes two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, quality bedding, and storage to support a restful night’s sleep. There are two bathrooms total. One bathroom is en suite to a bedroom, and both bathrooms feature tub/shower combination setups.

Occupancy: Sleeps up to 6 guests with additional air mattress rental available through our office

Additional features include a comfortable living room with a large TV and ample seating. All TVs are streaming-only with Roku remotes. Some apps are preloaded for convenience; guests should plan to bring their own login credentials for services such as Netflix, Peacock, Prime Video, Apple TV, Paramount+, and others.

The open dining area is well suited for meals, games, or remote work. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, an ice maker in the refrigerator, and two coffee makers—one Keurig and one traditional drip. Coffee is not provided, so guests should plan to bring their favorite.

The entry door includes a sliding screen door, allowing fresh air to circulate while keeping the main door open.

Community Amenities

Guests have access to community amenities during their stay. Availability and hours may vary by season and are subject to community rules.

Pet Policy

This is a pet-friendly property with a maximum of two pets. Pet fees apply. Guests are required to pick up after their pets at all times. Failure to do so will result in a $500 fine. Contact the office at 702-345-5100 to register your pet for your stay.

Complimentary Activities (Stays of 27 Days or Less)

Reservations of 27 days or fewer include access to complimentary local activities, which may include golf, e-bike rentals, and other curated experiences. Details and redemption instructions will be provided after booking.

Cleaning Information

A standard cleaning fee applies to all reservations. Monthly stays incur a cleaning fee equal to 1.5 times the standard cleaning rate.

Add-Ons and Extras

Additional services are available to help customize your stay. All add-ons are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance through our office.

Additional cleaning services may be purchased during your stay to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Early check-in at 1:00 PM is available for a $25 fee.
Air mattress rental is available for $25.

Location

This condo is located in the heart of Mesquite within a few minutes of seven championship golf courses and three casinos. It is approximately a one-hour drive to Las Vegas and only 35 miles to St. George, Utah. The Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and Zion National Park are all wonderful day trip options.

Juniper Retreat is situated in a quiet, well-maintained condo community with convenient access to dining, shopping, and local attractions, while still offering a peaceful place to recharge.
