This upscale, and pet-friendly, spacious townhouse with mountain modern decor

and breathtaking views, is perfect for your large group or family, located

walking distance to Eagle Lodge in the premier community at Juniper Crest.

This 3 Bedroom + Loft, 3 Bathroom home features unobstructed views of Mammoth

Mountain and the Sherwin Mountains, offering light and bright rooms in a

beautiful mountain setting. In the living room, cozy up in front of the gas

fireplace on the large comfortable sectional, providing seating for the whole

family and TV viewing on the large flatscreen with cable. The open plan

living, kitchen and dining area with vaulted ceilings is the perfect social

setting for your group to be together. The dining area provides seating for up

to 10 with an extendable table and more chairs available. And with an upgraded

kitchen, fully stocked with everything you need to prepare large family meals.



You enter the home on this main level via the private 2-car garage, with ample

storage space for equipment, and a spacious entryway for boots, jackets etc.

The first of 3 decks are on this level with private bbq off the dining room.

Upstairs the Master suite features a King bed with flatscreen TV, private deck

with stunning views, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub and

walk-in shower. Also on the upper level is the loft featuring a day bed with

two Twin trundles, flatscreen TV. A great flexible space that can be used as a

second TV room, or a bedroom. The loft is closed off but does not have an

entry door or closet. On the ground level, the second bedroom features a Queen

bedroom and flatscreen TV. The third bedroom features a set of Full bunk beds,

plus a trundle bed, flatscreen TV and daybed by the window to enjoy the views.

Both lower level bedrooms have access to a full bathroom with double vanity

and walk in shower. Located on the lower back deck is a private hot tub for

soaking after a long day of skiing or hiking, that looks out to the mountains.

A private laundry room with washer/dryer is also featured on this lower level,

offering more amenities to make your stay more comfortable. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. This townhome sleeps a maximum of 10

people, comes with a private two car garage with 1 additional outdoor parking

space in the driveway (in Summer only), is 3 levels inside, and smoking is not

permitted. Pet-friendly for one dog only. All bedroom TVs have access to an

Amazon firestick to stream content, and complimentary WI-FI is provided

throughout. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to

call our office for alternative options. The home is located with convenient

access to the Mammoth Lakes Basin bike path, and close to ski-in/ski-out

    The property is exceptionally nice and clean with plenty of kitchen utensils. The location to the ski slopes is very close and an easy walk. The only problem was a dirty spa, which I had emailed management a week before our visit to ask about the spa cleanliness. The spa dashboard was flashing to change filter from the beginning. The water color was green tea looking. A phone call to the management company did nothing as it was a vendor issue. Besides the spa, I strongly recommend this property knowing a filter change will easily clean up the spa for the most part.

    We stayed here in April and it was a wonderful hike full of great amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    Bunks with full size mattresses really made it fun for the kids to all stay in the same room. Hot water comes on QUICK which is great during the winter. Private spa, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and modern furnishings are a plus.Wish there was a better check in and check out process than picking up physical keys offsite. Overall, good stay!

    This townhouse is beautiful, comfortable, and has great views! The kitchen is well stocked, and there are tons of games in hidden drawers in the coffee table (we didn't notice at first!). The hot tub has a great view as well. Good location to walk to Eagle lodge for skiing - although it isn't fully ski back, the ski back trail ends and you still have to walk on the road. It would also be right on the Town Loop walking trail when it isn't covered in snow - unfortunately inaccessible when there was a ton of snow. Pet friendly. Parking in garage was easy for 1 SUV and a tall truck, but any extra cars have to be parked elsewhere in complex, if you can find a spot. Only other complaint is that the fourth bedroom is really a tiny open office upstairs with the large main bedroom. no door or access to a bathroom.

    Lovely, well maintained unit right by the Eagle lodge. Pretty much as close to a ski in/out place you can find that is also dog friendly and not in a hotel/condo. Everything worked as described. Unit was clean. Management was friendly and prompt in answering questions. All exactly as described in the advertisements. And although it is a dog friendly unit, you’d not know it by how clean the unit is. Cozy and lovely. Definitely would stay again without a moment’s hesitation.
