Stayed Dec 29, 2021I choose the condo based on location and proximity to the water. I’ve never stayed at a place directly on the water; it was nice. We watched humpbacks in the morning sometimes only a few hundred yards away or less. Beach to the north is perfect because it’s easy to avoid rocks and it’s a gentle decline into the water. We hung out at a resort down the road to the south and there was a steep drop 5-10 feet in and the undertow was way stronger. It’s a good spot on all levels - restaurants, beach, food truck park, golf, old town, Paia. The condo could use upgrades for sure, but we were fine with the old appliances and we prepared our own meals daily.

Stayed Aug 19, 2021Loved the studio the veiw, being right on the water and able to hear the crashing waves. The frige wasn't working so the management upgraded us to a one bdrm. It was beautiful but we really loved the studio.
