The condo was very clean and had amazing views. The owners had great communication. We loved the pools, hot tubs, beach views and all of the other amenities at the condo.

We had a great stay here! The view is beautiful and the rooms were perfect for our party’s trip. Anything that you need can be found in this condo. It is perfect for being close to the restaurant and walking down one flight of stairs to go to the beach. The communication with the owners was a 10/10!!! I can’t say enough good things about this place. Loved it!

We had a truly wonderful stay this week at the two-story condo in PCB. From start to finish, Ernest and Ella were the most gracious and courteous hosts, ensuring our experience was smooth and enjoyable. The condo itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with all the accommodations our family needed.The view of the Gulf from the condo was absolutely breathtaking—one of the best we've seen—being part of the beautiful Tidewater Resort. We also appreciated the convenient location, as it was within walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to explore during our stay.The resort staff and security team were consistently professional and welcoming, creating a very safe and pleasant atmosphere throughout. A special shoutout to Flip Flops Cornerstore inside the resort for serving some of the best Starbucks drinks we've ever had!Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located, and professionally hosted stay in Panama City Beach. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This condo could NOT have been a more perfect spot!!! The view was AMAZING! It had everything we needed! We sat for hours out on the patio just listening to the ocean and waves! It was wonderful! The bedrooms were great for sleeping arrangements. Earnest and Ella were so helpful with everything!! From restaurant suggestions to entertainment! They were great, as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better condo nor owner! Highly recommend any day, any time!!! Would love to stay again if we ever return to PCB!!!!

We had a beautiful week for our stay in Panama City.The unit rental was great. Very accessible. It was a very busy time of year and there were a lot of people. We got to enjoy the beach even though it was very hot. Great time with no problems.

I will say most frustration and issues are with tidewater themselves not the unit or owners. However we did have a mix up upon check in after confirming an early check in we arrived with room not ready and shower curtains needed changed, beds weren’t made yet, etc. We had already entered the room after thinking it was done so it was a little uncomfortable for owner and us but thankful for early check in. We were upset when we found someone else’s underwear behind brown trunk by stairs I threw them away. The condo is otherwise as advertised. Stairs were narrow to get large luggage up unfortunately. It did kind of wear us out! Thankfully we were on first floor only one set because elevators were down all week again. It’s unfortunate this nicer condo and good people are with tidewater because there HOA and regulations will continue to run business out of this place. Google the reviews onTidewater and you will see. We were harrassed all week trying to relax on the beach and they do this all week to all of there guests. We were really upset. We have never had this experience elsewhere in pcb or Destin in many years! The location is good, and room and view though are as advertised.

Host communication was be very good and the room was very nice with beautiful views. Unfortunately had a family emergency and couldn't stay to really enjoy, but would highly recommend to family and friends in the future. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance when we tried to go and the other pool was over packed. If you stay at this resort I would highly recommend staying at this room only because the elevators are to slow, and you are just a short walk out your room door to the restaurant and bar. It was conveniently located close to Pier Park.

My husband and I visit PCB every year for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Where we stay is very very important. Again Tidewater was our lodging resort of choice. This year we were blessed to reserved this unit. The unique 2 story floor plan was awesome. Mr. Ernest was very communicative from the time I made my reservation. He even required a phone conversation to introduce himself and to answer any questions oppose to electronic communication. I loved the unit. It was equipped with essentials in the kitchen that made it easy to make some quick meals. I loved cooking and viewing the oceanfront beach from the unit’s picturesque window. Up the winding stairs was the balcony. It means everything to me to be able to sit from a balcony to listen to the ocean. I appreciated the unit came with beach chairs and umbrella that we used to visit the beach before our festival started. The decor of unit was a beachy feel that I loved. Modern appliances and space to stretch out for all of us were great. One of the major assets to this unit is it’s on the 1st floor of Tidewater. Trying to catch the elevators at certain times of day is a nightmare. I had very little use of elevator in this unit. Being in walking distance to Pier Park also is perk. Thank you for allowing us to reserve your unit.

The condo and the location were perfect for our stay in PCB! The hosts were absolutely amazing; the communication was second to none; they were available anytime we had a question and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities around the area. The condo was on the beach, it was nice and clean, very welcoming and loved the security of the area. I felt very safe. Honestly I have nothing bad to say about this condo or the hosts; it was an absolute blast for myself, husband and 3 teenagers who fit in this condo comfortably and had the best vacation over Christmas break! Walking distance to Pier Park, great restaurants and a short drive to the baseball complex. 10/10 would recommend this place!

Everything was absolutely perfect from the room to the property. No need to leave, it offers all kind of fun things for the whole family!

Condo was great! Had everything you would need for a day at the beach! Kitchen was fully stocked. Not having to use the elevators was the best part!! Beds wasn’t to our liking but everyone has there own difference in how soft or hard they like them. Wasn’t a big deal. Plenty of pillows and covers.Bathrooms had plenty of towels and rags. A lot more than any condo we have ever stayed in. Host was great!! Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. We loved being on the 1st floor and not having to use the elevators daily. The views from the living room windows and the upstairs balcony are wonderful. Everything was perfect. We will definitely try to rent this again next year for our family vacation.

Ernest and Ella are wonderful, attentive and caring hosts! Being on the first floor was so convenient-no need to wait for an elevator. Walking distance to Pier Park and several good restaurants was also helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a very nice place to stay and most of the staff was friendly.. there was an exception but the property manager had took care of our concern.. Ernest and Ella were fantastic and I would def recommend them again.. thank you for everything.
