Stayed Aug 23, 2025Spent most of our time at the beach and then on the porch at the condo. View from the porch was the best part of the condo. The inside of the condo was very spacious and clean. Kitchen was stocked well and did not have any problems cooking meals.

Stayed Aug 30, 2025I would highly recommend this condo. It was in a beautiful complex with two amazing pools and steps from the beach. Perfect location to walk places too. The owner’s communication was excellent and they were also very kind. Condo was perfect. This is a 10 out of 10!!!

Stayed Mar 28, 2025We really enjoyed staying at Summer Place 506. It was extremely clean. The location was perfect. The elevators were quick and easy. The pool & hot tub were perfect. And of course, the Gulf speaks for itself. The main bedroom bed was so comfortable!! We had an event at the convention center so this location could not have been better.

Stayed Oct 19, 2024The overall cleanliness was good. But the master bathroom looked very used and old. The bathtub was very old looking.The shower curtain liner was very dirty looking at the bottom. Around the bottom of the vanity looked very old and dirty. The toilet had a crack that was glued back together. The switch to turn on the exhaust fan was disgusting. The bathroom off the kitchen - the toilet rocked back and forth so we didn't use it too much for fear it would break completely. You need to hold down the handle on it for about 15 seconds for it to completely flush. The sink was very slow to drain. Did not use the shower but there was black around the edge of the tub. The dishwasher looked dirty inside. We did not use it until the last day. So thank you for providing a clean sponge and dish soap. The microwave number buttons and time cook button do NOT work. We got out the manual to see if we were doing something wrong. The buttons on the left side worked and we had to use them to heat something and just watch the time if we only wanted 30 seconds or a minute. I took a video showing the problem.

Stayed Jun 21, 2024It was my family first time staying in Destin. We recently had suffered a lost a few days prior to coming and decided to still travel to get away for a few days. Mrs Angela responded so quickly with my booking and house was lovely. The view was AMAZING!!!! Everything I needed was right at my fingertips. The staffs was very attentive to my concern about the bathtub water wouldn’t turn off, and they came up right away. I’ll definitely pick this location again in the near future.
