Seawind 607 is beach front and centrally located in Gulf Shores. You have a panoramic view of the Gulf from east to west, meaning beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your balcony. You will have your door code prior to arrival, so there's no need for a formal check-in. A parking pass will be provided prior to your arrival or it will be waiting for you in the condo.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is outfitted with a new leather queen sized sofa sleeper, two comfortable easy chairs, and a smart tv with cable and wifi provided by Secure Vision of Gulf Shores. You will enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf from the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony.

DINING AND KITCHEN: The open floor plan flows from the living room to the dining area and into the kitchen. The dining area features a dining table with four chairs and a breakfast bar with seating for three. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel, full sized electric range, microwave, refrigerator /freezer with ice-maker, and dishwasher. Small appliances in the kitchen include a toaster, traditional coffee maker, Keurig Slim coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, electric can opener, knife set, full set of dishes, glassware, and silverware, and miscellaneous cocking utensils. Pots, pans, bowls, and baking sheets and pans are also included.

LAUNDRY: The laundry room is equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. There is also an ironing board and iron behind the door.

MASTER BEDROOM: You will enjoy a king sized bed and dresser with ample storage in the master bedroom. A TV is located on the dresser in the master bedroom. The 2nd set of sliding glass doors lead to the balcony and beautiful morning or evening views! There is a connected master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom also features a walk-in closet with plenty of space for luggage, clothing and shoes.

GUEST BEDROOM: The guest bedroom contains a queen sized bed, dresser and a closet with storage and space for hanging clothing. The guest bedroom has a TV. There is direct access to the 2nd bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.

BUNK ROOM: The bunk room is a smaller bedroom with a queen sized bed. It also features a night stand with two drawers for storage.

SEAWIND AMENITIES: Seawind features many amenities for your enjoyment:

RESTAURANTS AND ACTIVITIES: A list of restaurants and activities will be provided prior to your arrival. Because of Seawind's central location, it's a short walk or drive to these locations.
Nearby, you will find Sea N Suds Restaurant and Bar, Island Market right across the street for last minute items and souvenirs, Waffle House just across the street, and Island Pancake House, a short walk to the west.

UNIT AND BUILDING RULES: The entire Seawind building is smoke-free. There is a smoking area located on the ground floor near the northwest corner of the parking garage. No pets are allowed. Exceptions are service animals with proper government paperwork provided. Additional rules are outlined in our rental agreement and welcome information which will be mailed or emailed to you.

PARKING: Each vehicle must have a COMPLETED parking pass. If a parking pass is mailed to you, it will be completed. If it's left in the unit, you must complete it. Larger vehicles should park in the uncovered spaces as they are wider. If a second pass is required, it may be purchased from me ahead of time with payment thru PayPal or Venmo for $50, or from the security personnel for $60 plus credit card charges.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

    Great weekend getaway - wished we could have stayed longer! The splash pool was a hit with our 2 year old nephew. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We will be back!

    This is a wonderful condo...very clean and neat with a wonderful view of the beach. Certainly enjoyed a morning cup of coffee listening to the waves and watching folks claim their spots for the day! Even caught some dolpins out in the water one morning!! Highly recommend!!

    The condo was very spacious! The balcony veiw was beautiful! We stayed during July 4 and had perfect view of the fireworks from the balcony. Beach access was very easy for my mother in law who has trouble getting around. It was a great place to stay!

    Great view, clean facility, and family friendly. Only downside at all was the slow elevator, but it’s the busiest time of the year so that’s expected! Also it’s only the 6th floor so you can take the stairs!
