Condo was excellent. Refinishing the balconies was so loud you couldn’t have conversation inside condo.

Unit was as described. Great location. The owner kept me informed about the work that was being performed on the balcony. No issues during out stay. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Worst experience of my life at a condo! The ad said possible construction going on….the construction was so bad, it was a major health and safety risk. When I contacted the owner, they did not care. The inside of the condo had cockroaches all over and black mold in both showers. The stay was so bad, we left a day early and stayed elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and never ever stay here. This owner should be banned from ever being allowed to advertise or rent on here again.

Nice view of pool and ocean with spacious balcony. Clean and well stocked. Ice machine was nice feature

We really loved the location, right on the beach and in a private area that is not very crowded, and shopping like Walmart and Publix very close down the street. Very family friendly property, the kids enjoyed playing at the pool with the other families. The condo was perfect and very comfortable for our group of 9, and the host was very helpful and accommodating. We've stayed at a few different places on orange beach and would definitely come back to this property.

The view was perfect! Nice place to stay, quiet, the parking is a little scarce in the parking lot. Easy check in and out, host was very responsive, would rent again for next visit

Easy place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Property was clean and landscaping was beautiful! Our condo had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. I definitely will book this condo again. Carol answered my messages very quickly.

Great time at a good location

We stayed over fall break and the condo complex is well designed and kept very clean. The condo that we stayed in was also very clean and had wonderful amenities (such as pots and pans and an ice maker). The beds and furniture were comfortable and well kept. We plan to stay at this location again.

The house is very pleasant very airy very very nice. You could tell that the horse really did take good care of the tenants as they came in and out so I was appreciative of that

We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was attentive and communicated well during the storm that came through. The cleanliness was fair, but could be overlooked at the end if the busy season

It was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is rewash the silverware and cookware. I’m not sure who cleans, but they don’t do a very good job. There was a dirty pair of underwear under the bed from previous guest, and the silverware and knives were disgusting. But the owner, location, and everything else was great. Silverware and cookware for us was not a big deal because we always bring our own. But others may want to be aware.

The property was perfect. My 5 year old kept saying how beautiful the house was and all the kids loved the pool!

We didn’t have any issues while we were there, my grandkids enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools, pickle ball at night and the condo was perfect for us. I could drink coffee and look at the beach and watch kiddos in the pool, absolutely would stay there again

Everything was great, the list of “to do” items before checkout was incredibly reasonable compared to what a lot of places expect now. Best of all, we had vehicle trouble while there and I wanted to order the part online vs paying 5x as much locally, but know it can be difficult to get package delivery at condos so worked with the owner who helped arranged things with on-site property manager. The extra effort was appreciated greatly. We vary up our vacation locations, but if we decide to comeback to Orange Bwach would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Before our stay, Carol let us know she would not be available locally and provided us another contact. This was super helpful as we did have a slight issue with one of the showers. We called and the problem was fixed that same day. Plenty of room in the condo for our famy of 5. Clean and comfy. We loved the view of the beach from.the balcony, especially at night under a full moon. My husband and I would see sailboats and an occasional dolphin during our early morning coffee. Access to the beach is only a short walk around the pool. It was easy to rent an umbrella and chairs on the sand. Attendee was super friendly and helpful. We also like how the pool would become partly shaded in the late afternoon so we could still swim after a day in the sun. We had 3 teens with us who liked being able to cross the street to go to Adventureland for arcade games, mini golf and go carts. There is lots of shopping close by also. We all loved our stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Condo and view was just as described. The 9 days that we were there, it rained the majority of the time, but couldnt ask for a better place to relax. Everything was perfect. Thank you Carol for letting us enjoy your home!
