This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Fort Myers is quite inviting the moment you walk in. The high ceilings, tall sliding glass doors and large windows make it easy to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine even from indoors. Off the living room there is a large lanai that faces beautiful greenery. The kitchen features a breakfast bar but there is also aseparate dining room.

The master bedroom features a king bed and attached bathroom with large walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This unit also has a convenient laundry room. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Jonathan's Bay is a well kept community with great location close to shops, restaurants, and beaches and airport. Lovely pool and clubhouse onsite.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

In addition to our Rental Agreement. Guests are required to completed an application and register with the Jonathan's Bay Association to rent. Both documents will be sent after booking. Application/Registration fees apply, and these fees are non-refundable. They are included at the time of booking.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
