Jetty's Break 301 is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom condo that has it all - tall ceilings, an open floor plan, comfortable bedding, and a great ocean view off the furnished balcony - a perfect spot for al fresco dining! The balcony has a Polywood dining set! There's even a rooftop swimming pool and a workout room on the grounds of the property. Special touches include ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and dual closets in the master bedroom. Enjoy a well-equipped, full kitchen with a large breakfast bar and new appliances, a private washer/dryer, and your own storage locker to make going to (and coming from) the beach a breeze! This storage locker has boogie boards, a couple of beach umbrellas, and several beach chairs.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

    *Upon my arrival, they texted me a long list of numbers to access the building. The condo is dated I'm okay with that. Some of the furnishings had been used hard. Still an overlook. At first glance, everything seemed fine. Then I stepped in the shower. The shower door and jamb have mold from top to bottom. mildew, soap scum, and other residue. I text Vanessa with photos. She replied I would like to sincerely apologize for the issue that you are experiencing with the filthy shower. I will inform our local staff so that they can assist you. Not one person came to clean the shower or the other dirty areas of the condo. *To top it all off, I got an email that Vanessa would like me to strip the beds to help the cleaning staph. What a joke. Why am I paying a cleaning fee If I have to take out the trash, strip the beds, and do the dishes? *I will not stay at this place again. It was far from clean. Nothing was done about it my complaints.

    The location was great. There was a view of the ocean and the street. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The condo was spacious and decorated nicely. The communication with vacasa was terrible. When we arrived there were 2 beds that did not have clean bedding. There was no way to directly communicate. Also, there was a schedule water-shut off that was supposed to be communicated to us, but was not. The cleanliness was lacking. Floors needed to be mopped, dust on surfaces and the porch had lots of dirt/sand and garbage that needed to be swept.

    I thought 4pm check in with 10 am checkout we're not very gracious hours. You lose the whole first & last day. We sat on the beach with no restroom and 3 kids all day waiting to get the codes to get in. The room is as pictured, light, airy, beachy. I've stayed in many condos & beach houses, resorts, etc. This condo was well-appointed, well stocked even with things one would normally expect to either take with you or buy there. I really appreciated that the beds were made. The furniture is in good condition, not worn out or uncomfortable. The bedrooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable, but I was very upset that the web pictures and even the description do not make it clear that the kids' room 3rd bed is a trundle bed. Having codes instead of keys is great- no losing them or returning them. It was nice having 2 covered garage spaces. The pool is tiny, no tables, 1 lounge chair, 2 broken ones. The exercise room is also tiny with 1 treadmill. We found the 1st floor locker of no use. If you're going to go back that far, you're 2 floors away from the condo itself. The biggest complaint I have is the full bathrooms both being through the bedrooms. With a 2 yr old who naps and has an early bedtime, that took the 7 of us down to 1 and 1/2 bath, still through a bedroom. I realize this is structural and not something the owner can change. If you are traveling as 3 families, this will likely be difficult. I prefer oceanfront, but this was a manageable distance for me to walk, and I have many problems with walking. At least it's on the ocean block, not crossing the many lanes.

    The location was great! The condo was for 5 people and we all had plenty of space. Very short walk to the beach. The unit was as pictured. I only have three call outs for the unit; need better scrubbing in the bathroom, shower and toilet, appliances are dated and there are no clear instructions for the storage unit. The unit is very comfortable and clean overall. Vacasa‘s check-in was odd, they were clearly open but keep their doors lock. New guests at check in are expected to wait outside until staff decides to wait on them which I found odd. For the amount we paid for the rental I expected a better greeting and not signs on the door that say do not bang on the glass. Otherwise staff was friendly and we did get into our rental early. Would rent again.

    Comfortable condo close to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. Great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Having to wait on long lines until 4 pm to check in was inconvenient. I’m sure it’s difficult for the cleaning companies to get enough help so we understood the wait. The other issue we had during the second week of our stay was the condo above us had construction going on all week. It was very loud and woke my grandson up early from his nap twice. I really don’t think it should be allowed during the season when people are vacationing. Also during the second week the neighbors across the hall where smokers and were out on the terrace smoking regularly. My daughter in law has asthma and this kept us indoors most of the time. Two years ago we had a smoker in our group and she went outside away from the building to smoke. It can also be loud at night. We actually had to call the police one night because people were screaming and howling on the parking deck of the hotel next door. Aside from these issues we did all have an enjoyable stay. I would recommend this unit. I think other owners in the building need to be a bit more considerate.

    Great location . House was very well stocked with everything you need. Down side only one non broken chair at the pool. We had to have the cleaning service come back to clean the bathrooms. We would probably rent again as long as the cleaning service improves especially due to COVID . .

    This spacious 3-bedroom apartment was very close to the beach and was well-equipped. We really enjoyed our stay. Would have given it 5 stars if it were cleaner.

    Pros: The unit was light-filled and spacious; kitchen was well equipped and had a good layout and was open to the living space. Appliances all in good working condition. The storage unit was available to guests and included chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The keypad lock on the door made it easy for all of us to come and go without need of securing and keeping track of a key. The balcony is large with plenty of seating. The building is on the ocean block making it an easy walk to the beach. We did not use the pool or fitness room. Wi-fi worked well. Beds were comfortable. Cons: Although on the ocean block, the building is also next to Coastal Hwy and a number of commercial properties ( Princess Royal Hotel, Layton’s and Bull on the Beach) which all contributed to noise and heavy traffic including delivery trucks, etc. Its not a quiet, serene location—can’t really hear the ocean as the other noises drown it out. We arrived to a partially dirty unit: the floors (tile and carpet) were filthy with dust, sand and dirt and there was a good layer of dust on the trim board above the wainscott in the hallway. The master bath shower stall was filthy. These areas hadn’t been cleaned in a while and especially in times of Covid, I found that highly unacceptable. I swept and cleaned the entire tile floor. The vacuum was clogged and had a face mask wrapped around the roller brush—my husband fixed the vacuum and I was eventually able to vacuum the carpeted areas filling the vacuum with sand and dirt. I also cleaned and sanitized the bathrooms including the master bath shower stall which really just needed a good cleaner, an old too brush and a little muscle. I notified the property Mgmt company with pictures and was given a credit for the cleaning. The furniture is showing wear and doesn’t feel clean. The property Mgmt company did not have the codes needed for the fitness room and the lock on the storage unit—that took a day or two to get after requesting them. The listing does not make it clear that the second bath with tub/shower is only accessible thru the queen bedroom. For an all-adult group, it’s difficult for those in the bunk bedroom to have access to a shower. The half bath did allow for toilet use without disturbing guests in the other bedrooms where the full bathrooms were located. After getting the place clean, we enjoyed the unit except for the constant noise outside.
