Jetties Pointe Cottage #3 - 408 “Casey Key”

We recently stayed at this beach house & unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the initial reception seemed friendly, we faced a serious issue upon arrival: we could not access the house, as the entry instructions were unclear and not provided properly. I tried to reach out for help, but instead of patient assistance, the responses I received were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel as though I was being a burden rather than a paying guest. At 10 pm, with 3 kids and all our luggage, we were left outside without the necessary information to enter. Eventually, someone opened the door without explaining the code, and I only received the actual access details the next day. This caused unnecessary stress and was handled with a lack of empathy and professionalism.Beyond that, the condition of the property was far below expectations. The photos do not reflect reality: the house requires serious maintenance. My husband had an accident with a rusty chair, which is unsafe and dangerous for children. The walls were deteriorated, the linens appeared used upon arrival, the beach towels were very old, & overall cleanliness was poor. Only the shower pressure and the kitchen can be considered positive points, but the rest of the space was small, neglected, and far from what one would expect when paying for a beach vacation.Overall, this was a negative experience. When renting a property, guests deserve respect, timely assistance, & a safe, well-maintained home.

Super nice area

The overall stay was amazing, tried to contact property manager three time day before check in to ask for an 11:00 checkout no one responded. The Nextdoor neighbors had a very loud party the first night and were playing very loud music well past 10:00pm. Would have loved to stay longer, the last night was very peaceful and filled with relaxation. Also tried to contact property manager about the outdoor grills not functioning properly.

Great location. Beautiful sunset . Close to supermarket. Great for small family who want to spend quality time together.

Great view to the ocean, just steps to the sand. Close to restaurants and sharks teeth!

Very nice and relaxing getaway for a few days with 3 women. Quiet and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Right on the beach. Beach has tons of shells. Loved the swings to watch the sunset.

We so enjoyed our two week stay at Jettes Point. We were looking for a quiet getaway to relax and recharge, and this place was the perfect spot. Having a private beach was a huge plus, and two great restaurants within walking distance gave us all that we needed to enjoy a peaceful and restive stay. Can't wait to go back next year!

Amazing place to stay. One of the most relaxing family vacations we've had. We'll be back!

Nokomis is a great area. The property was well located. Very clean.

The beachfront location was what we wanted and the views and beach were spectacular. The condo was very clean, a little dated, but that did not bother us at all. We were there for the location and that did not disappoint. Already planning our next trip back!

It was exactly as the ad presented, private beach access and a nice place to stay. It was an enjoyable vacation, would visit again.

Very nice place even in a tropical storm! Only issue was the toilet didn’t flush very well. Clean, well decorated-we even purchased the identical end tables because we liked them so much!

Nice cottage style VRBO with a perfect location. The entire family really enjoyed our time there, only steps to the beach, was able to grill in the evening and really enjoy this surroundings. Screened in porch came in perfect. Wonderful experience overall.
