Russia invaded Ukraine and carries out war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide against the people of Ukraine. This is a brutal war of extermination by Russia against Ukraine and it's people. In support of Ukraine, 25 % of our gross booking host payouts (not net) were contributed to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for ten weeks since the invasion began February 24, 2022. $16,206 US dollars was contributed from our three Dancing Dolphins properties to a special fund created by the National Bank of Ukraine (bank.gov.ua/en/). We are now asking that our future guests consider making a voluntary contribution to Ukraine either directly or by sending us an additional payment and we will facilitate the contribution on your behalf. We will provided you a copy of the contribution receipt. The National Bank of Ukraine is a reputable national bank, recommended by the Ukrainian World Congress, and has raised over $ 522 Million US dollars as of May 9, 2022. Contributions can support the Armed Forces of Ukraine or Humanitarian Relief at your choosing. Again, the website is bank.gov.ua/en/. If you are American, tax deductible contributions for Humanitarian Relief can also be made to the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (www.ucca.org).

Enjoy a jaw-dropping, 180 degree view of the ocean and Maui from our Waikoloa Village home on the Big Island. Walk out to a beautiful golf course with the most picturesque view of a tee off and green with an ocean backdrop. Enjoy the ocean view sunsets from our lanai with your favourite drink.

Our one bedroom condominium was completed in February of 2020.  It has been expertly redesigned and fully renovated throughout.  It is modern and unique.  The kitchen is modern with all that you need to practice your culinary skills with state-of-the-art appliances, cooking utensils and dishware. There is plenty of storage in a large walk-in closet. The bathroom is also brand new and luxurious with an LED backlighted mirror and a spacious shower enclosed by a glass panel. Our home is fully tiled throughout.  You will not need air-conditioning as there are three excellent variable speed ceiling fans, humidity control and the elevation of the location ensures cooler temperatures. Watch your favourite television show on the 65 inch 4k ultra high definition wall-mounted television.  High speed wifi is included.  Please use the boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag for your beach outings.  There is a brand new and very comfortable split king sized bed.  .  The king bed is two twins joined together firmly with a thin topper to fill in the gap). There is also a brand new queen size sofa bed in the living room.  You may even want to sleep under the stars on our large comfortable loungers on our fully screened lanai. The nights are extremely quiet and peaceful. Our dining table is on the lanai, with tall chairs for an outstanding view of the ocean and the native Hawaiian birds that frequent the area.

We are across the street from the Waikoloa Village Golf Club, Pool and Tennis Courts plus an excellent restaurant. Communal BBQ facilities are located approximately 100 yards from our condo. There is a KTA supermarket in a mall about half a mile from our home. The Waikoloa Beach Resort area is about 8 miles away down a wide road that is excellent for cycling. The King’s and Queen’s Shops are located at the Waikoloa Beach Resort.  World famous Hapuna beach and Mauna Kea beach are close as well. There are numerous other golf courses and tennis complexes in the Waikoloa Beach, Mauna Lani, and Mauna Kea resort areas.

Rates are based on double occupancy. There is a maximum of two guests allowed in our condo.

There is also and extra $160 cleaning charge for check outs on New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Ironman Days and for stays 21 days or longer that will be added AFTER your booking is made.

    Interior was nice. Nice patio. Overlooks the golf course so you have privacy. It’s about 15 min inland from the ocean. This condo is in the town of Waikoloa Village not the beach resort. No A/C. Well decorated. Has all you need. Cozy.

    We arrived at night, and the front door is the sliding door, down a set of stairs between buildings with no signage.Some instructions re this would be helpful!

    I can attest that the photos and description in this listing is 100% accurate. Although it is a ground level unit the view is incredible. It does however keep the room very cool. The golfers were never an issue, although the early morning mowers sometimes woke me up (and I promptly fell back asleep) There are those that might quibble with some things, but if so you can figure that out from the photos. I will say the king bed is made of two separate foamies, however they don't separate and the bed is very comfortable. In short it was a wonderful unit for the price and I feel privileged to stay there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. - Dyakuyu

    This is not a quiet place to stay with having to have the dehumidifier on all night is too noisy. Also the sprinklers on the verge of the path we can’t get out at 6 o’clock in the morning because you will get absolutely soaked also the water comes into the landing which filled our bags with water they were on the chairs I wee bit disappointed with this thanks Mark

    Front sliding door very hard to open tracked need to be repaired.Fan lights in patio and living room come on from time to time on their own.The front sliding door handle has been repaired at the lock and it stops the screen door from closing all the way.Light 2 remotes and the 3 TV remotes had no instructions .The fan in the living room and the bed area are filthy with dirt.Last but not least the Condo above was being renovated and we had to put up with hammering and electric sawing the whole time we were there .

    The bed in this condo is absolutely horrific. Instead of being a continuous mattress, it's two twins put together with some weird, lumpy thing in the middle. Everything else in the unit was meticulously planned, so it's strange the owner decided on this sort of bed instead of a normal queen mattress. What a bummer because sleep quality directly effects quality of life and who wants to be exhausted on vacation? Literally everything else was perfect. It was a dream to enjoy a sunset walk on the golf course and the location is right in Waikoloa Village with shops/restaurants nearby. The property is quiet and even though the condo is on the first floor, it feels very private. The unit is well-appointed and good size for two people. I think it would be too small for a group of 4.

    This condo located on the ground floor is perfect for two adults! The views of the ocean from the golf course are spectacular! A very quiet and safe neighborhood, within walking distance to the local grocery store KTA, and just a few miles from Hapuna beach. I highly recommend this property for any couple, you will not be disappointed!

    View was incredible. Very quiet. Right on golf course, but golfers were far enough away that they did not bother us at all. Location was great, near grocery store. Place was small, but had everything we needed.
