Excellent experience; Host was in contact with us prior to arriving and explained everything that was needed for a smooth check in. The unit is laid out very well and is very nice. The view from the balcony is beautiful, especially for the evening sunsets. Janie was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay! Right across from Miramar beach. Gorgeous views from balcony. Close walk to clean and family friendly beach. Close to restaurants. Janie was the most attentive host I’ve had in the many years of vacations to this area. She stayed in contact to make sure all was good. Condo was clean and well kept. Adequate space. Plenty of towels and toiletries. More than adequate kitchen items, utensils, pots/pans, plates. Great size pantry. Resort staff always working/cleaning property. Our family recommends this condo and host for the best stay. We will book here again.

From the time we booked our stay to the time we departed, Janie was only a phone call or text away if we needed something! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more! We loved that we could go from the pool to the beach so effortlessly. The condo was clean and the decor and furniture were nice as well! We would definitely book this condo again!

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo. It was comfortable, clean, close to shopping, grocery store and restaurants. The view of the beach from the large balcony was very beautiful. It was a very restful, nice and enjoyable vacation. Cheney was kind and helpful!

The past reviews of this rental were spot on. GREAT location as we walked to almost every dinner. Ocean access is easy and close and so was the pool access. We would stay here again.

The property was just as described! The condo was well stocked with all the necessities plus lots of extras! Janie thought of everything and her special touches were evident throughout the condo. The location was perfect! We really appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels!

Great condo on the second floor. It’s one of the cleaner units we have ever stayed in! Awesome view of the beach and pool below. Janie was so nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Planning to come back next year!

The Unit was clean, well maintained and owner was attentive throughout. We had no issues while at the condo. The location to the beach is excellent. We loved sitting on the balcony. Pool area was nice and well maintained also. Enjoyed our stay. By the way ..eat at McQuires —great service, food and steaks !!

We went back to celebrate our anniversary! Perfect location. We loved the first floor location & the view from the inside/balcony was stunning. Just steps away from the beach. We were able to rent chairs & an umbrella from a recommendation from Janie. The company had them up for us each day & it made a huge difference to not worry about finding a spot on the beach. Janie is an incredible host & makes sure that every need is taken care of. We had a sick little one at the beginning of our trip & she was a blessing by calling to let us know we could arrive earlier than scheduled. She even asked how he was doing a few days later. This is a phenomenal listing & I would recommend this to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the Miramar/Destin area!

1) Great communication with Janie! She is super responsive to any questions or concerns! 2) The condo - comfortable bedding, beach towels provided, beach chairs provided, amenities provided in kitchen. Fabulous water pressure in both showers! 3) The area - Very walkable to the pool/hottub, fitness center, the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more! We definitely got our steps in on the wide walking path which we loved!

Everything was amazing from day of booking to checking out. Definitely will stay again.

Condo was super clean and was very roomy! More storage and closet space than any other place I’ve stayed on vacation. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants and coffee shops. Jane was a great host and had everything in the condo we needed.

It was what we was looking for something that is right next to the beach and that we could see the beach from our deck....a very memorable stay......
