Jaco Beach 2 Bed Room Condo on Beach

Very clean and comfortable. Pool was steps outside the door, beach was steps beyond that! Perfect for our family!

Great location. Beach access was great and the room is right on the back pool. The front two pools have an ocean view but are only a 2 minute walk if you prefer using them.The second bedroom arrangments changes from two twins to a queen and a twin bunk which worked great for us traveling with 4 adults and 1 child we ended up not using the pull out as planned. The kitchen has lots of appliances and is well stocked with your cooking needs. We bought some extra spices and oil. If using the dishwasher be aware finding dishwasher detergent anywhere is very hard and they supplied very little. We had an issues with one of the shower heads but it got fixed during are stay.We loved the location in Jaco on the quieter south end but a easy taxi or Uber into the town to shop. I recommend and we will be back. My husband enjoyed surfing the beach and there are 4 beach bars within walking distance under 5 mins each.See you again Jaco! Great people and good vibes. Good communication, except for the billing process. Very confusing, v r b o not happy with the communication with v r b o never got back to me only the communication with the host that I actually stayed at the place

The property was well maintained. Couple of issues with the stay but the host was amazing and problem solved it all. We met super cool people in the community! We has a resident Kitty that visted us every evening and was super sweet! Everything was great! We will be back!

This stay exceeded expectations. The unit was very comfortable and had all the amenties we needed. The only confusion were the pictures of two units and I was not sure which one I was getting. One unit has twin beds, which we needed, and the other a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. We easily got it verified by the host. The condo grounds were beautiful and secure. There is parking for 10/day next door if needed. The condo also came with 4 beach chairs and 4 body boards.These units are on the south end, which requires a roughly .9 mile walk to the busy city center. However, there are several good restaurants very close, within 150 yards, and a few others and convenience stores within .5 miles. Use Google maps to verify distances. We used backpacks to get groceries when needed. The reason it was worth the walk is the south end of the beach was wider and sandier. The north end had a lot more rock and we had to wear sandals in some spots. If we were to return, we would certainly stay in the same place again on the south end of the beach. If you do not care about the beach and want to party from bar to bar, stay on the north end.

The house appeared clean but smelled of mold. After a night in the place we began to find black mold throughout the property. The owner was surprised and agreed to refund us. We moved to another unit which was free from mold but still had a musk. Vrbo took care of the issue and relocated us.

This condo was awesome! Steps from the beach. Bonus having a washer and dryer! The 4 pools were Amazing! The landscape and plants were so pretty! Met some really great pool who own units. Can’t wait to come back and look for some real estate!!!

We had great sunny weather all week. The Staff got us a taxi within minutes of ordering. Dominique took really good care of us. Our Condo was very clean as was the pool. The only draw back was the lack of toilet paper. Evidently this rental did not supply when we ran out. Had to run to the grocery store for TP!

Our family had an amazing stay in Jaco. This condo is so accessible to the fabulous jaco beach and also has four well kept pools to use, including a wading pool perfect for littles. Was a great size condo for the four of us.

Very nice condo with direct access to the beach from the beach side gate. Walking distance to town but far enough away you dont hear the noise. Nice pool and outdoor area. Safe and secure with guards on duty 24hrs.
