Stayed Oct 23, 2025We had an amazing stay here. The location was excellent, walkable to anything you would want to go to. The place was huge and more than enough space we would need for a group of 4 of us. Highly recommend it for a trip to Jackson.

Stayed Nov 17, 2024The stay was great & the property itself was just as described. My only complaint was with the check in process. I never received any type of check in instructions, I never received an email with codes or directions to the unit. I had to spend an hour on the phone trying to get the correct codes to get inside. On the second day, the code to enter the building stopped working & we had to walk in through the garage. I should have been given these instructions prior to check in. If I wouldn’t have called, I never would’ve received anything.

Stayed Sep 3, 2024The check-in involved lots of codes -for example there was one for the underground garage, one for the elevator, one for the street entry and one for the unit itself. When we arrived we couldn’t find what unit # we rented on the docs we received. Once inside, we discovered there was a huge difference between the two bedrooms. The master is very large and the second bedroom is not “spacious” as described. The small bathroom down the hall from the second bedroom is very small too. Technically, I don’t think in the real estate world this could be sold as a two bedroom unit. There was not a closet in the second bedroom and the window didn’t open. Also, both propane tanks were empty. No grilling that night! The hot tub lift was cut off so raw shredded metal was exposed. Not safe! Lastly the dishwasher was broken so we hand washed dishes the whole week. For the price we paid, we left feeling disappointed.

Stayed Jun 7, 2024This condo was centrally located in the heart of downtown. My husband and I walked everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The condo was exactly as described so we give it two big thumbs up! Would happily stay here again on a future visit.

Stayed Dec 8, 2023This condo was perfect for our two adult couples. Amazingly comfortable, homey accommodations. Beautifully decorated, very high end finishes. Fantastic location- walkable to everything in town. Hot Tub worked great. I hope we can come back!

Stayed Sep 30, 2023The penthouse overlooked King Resort ski slopes and was walking distance to everything Jackson. The online photos were 100% accurate. The staff was very helpful. Gave this a perfect 5* rating. Would definitely book again.
