J & J's Getaway at Pelican Cove- Relaxation at its finest!

Condo was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was urine on the seat in the first bathroom. The master bathroom toilet had been used and not flushed. There was less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for us and we couldn’t find any more. There were used bars of soap in each shower with hair all over them. The kitchen was fully stocked which was convenient as we cooked all our meals there. We enjoyed being able to use the beach towels and chairs.

Pelican Cove is a well maintained property in a quiet location close to Christiansted shopping and restaurants. J & J's Getaway is on the first floor of the ocean front building. We spent much time on the lanai enjoying the view.

Great location, responsive host, and an amazing pool that is central in this well maintained complex.

Condo was great. Nice views, quiet area. Central to most of island. Everything was just what we wanted for a relaxing 7 day vacation.

This turned out to be one of my best vacations ever. Brooke and her team were very responsive whenever contacted. The view was breathtaking, the moon would break over the palm trees around dusk. Everyone was very friendly and the inside tips on where to eat were priceless. I am definitely planning on returning for Christmas next year and may stay through the new year! Best customer service ever!

Mostly the condo was good. Good location but beach wasn’t useable. No chairs and high tides every day. The unit was nice for the most. Towels smelled musty and sour. Ac units filters needed to be changed. Refrigerator water filter needed to be changed. Deck grill wasn’t usuable. Couldn’t get gas turned on. Swollen shut from salt air. All rusted.

We had a great island vacation with 2 adults, a teenager and a 5 yr old. This condo was perfect for our needs. Had great beach stuff (fins, snorkel, cooler, chairs, etc.) and kitchen was well stocked (blender, pots and pans, knives, foil, laundry detergent, napkins, etc.). We had to get used to impact of island water and had to clean gunk out of the faucets before we could use them, but otherwise, all was good. Great communication from property manager, super helpful and responsive. There was construction happening in the next door unit every weekday. This wouldve been terrible had we wanted to sleep in. However, we were daily early (7:30am) risers and this didnt impact our stay, but definitely could have had our plans been different. This condo is 30 min tops from everywhere - scuba, snorkeling, hiking, beach hanging - we would likely stay again as a centrally located spot. We didn't really use the beach front or pool, but we loved the porch and spent every night on it enjoying the sound of the waves and talking about our day. A/C worked great and very much appreciated it was in bedrooms and living room as we visited in July and it was definitely needed.

Really good location. Snorkeling was the highlight everyday for us and the condo is a short drive to so many beaches. And it was so nice that the condo provided some snorkeling gear - along with beach chairs and a small cooler. Nice big community pool and such a lovely view from the back deck.

This condo was a great place to stay in every way! We especially enjoyed the location as it was close to both Christianstead and Fredrickstead. The beach view was beautiful and we loved the pool. Thank you for supplying all the necessaties. This is somewhere we would definately stay again.

This rental had every possible item you could need. Not only was there snorkel gear and beach chairs and plenty of towels, but the kitchen had every possible utensil/pan/dish/storage container you could need, as well as lots of spices and oils. They supplied some water and snacks as well, which was really helpful until we could get to a grocery store. We liked that each bedroom and the living room had a/c's, so we could all have the temperature we wanted. They provided all the bathroom toiletries which we really appreciated. We love this location to easily get to either the east or west sides of the island. The beach right out front is rocky, but a little walk to the west has a sandy area for swimming. We felt very secure with the gate, and the property is very clean. The pool and hot tub were great as well--so nice to be able to swim laps! The condo owners were having their annual meeting and party--they were very friendly and invited us to join them. What a great group of people and wonderful property, couldn't ask for better!

The view every morning is a great way to wake up close to downtown pier area Plenty of toiletries and household items for the stay Beds are very comfortable Beach is ok - as the ocean water is not very accessible due to all the rocks We went to other beaches Sandy point is a must but only access from November until April and only on weekends

The accommodations had every amenity imaginable including: great ocean view and access, quiet and safe gated community, immaculately maintained grounds and buildings, wonderful pool and common areas, easy access to VITran. I would definitely stay here again.
