Stayed Oct 13, 2025Best view at Kings View and maybe at Lake Havasu. Beautifully decorated, clean place. No instructions on how to operate anything, but owner was quick to help. Has tv, but streaming only. Really loved this location.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024Beautiful views of the channel and lake! Short walk to restaurants and shops along the water. I loved having the private beach right infront of the condos. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Quick response to any questions and gave helpful information regarding the property and surrounding area. Would stay there again!
