It’s a Beech-iful Morning-Walking Distance to Ski Slopes⛷with a View

Nicely updated condo within walking distance to Beech Mountain Resort and coffee shop. This UPPER level condo offers long range sunrise views and a level entrance. NO stairs! Open, spacious and cozy. The floor to ceiling sliding doors allow for the beauty of the morning light to awaken you, but also has shades for the one that likes to sleep in. The electric fireplace provides a warm ambience for the winter.

Pets are not allowed.

Our condo has heat and ac! Rare find on the mountain as most do not offer ac.
Guests may enjoy the Clubhouse at Mid-
Holiday for personal laundry (washer/dryers available).
Access code given 48 hours before arrival.
- Beech Mountain visitors center, mini-golf,
and free sledding hill are 2 miles away along
with multiple locations for hiking trail access. You can also enjoy everything
Beech Mountain Ski resort offers all seasons
to include biking, hiking, skating, skiing,
dining, and Land of Oz.
- Buckeye recreation center is under 4 miles. The Overlook Wedding Barn is approximately 2 miles. Outdoor courts, walking paths are open to the public.
- A short drive down the mountain will bring
you to Banner Elk for more dining and shopping options as well as the new Alpine
coaster, zip lining, multiple wineries, gem mining, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Otter Falls, Linville Caverns, river rafting, and Sugar Mountain public golf course.
- Boone, home of Appalachian State
University, is 40 minutes away.
- Asheville is less than 2 hours away.

There is also a starter set of paper products at the condo: a roll of toilet paper, a couple garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo,
conditioner, body wash, and a makeup remover cloth. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- AWD/4WD and possibly chains may be
needed to access all homes on Beech Mountain in times of snow or ice. (Exxon in Banner Elk may rent chains-advised to check ahead of time). Please plan accordingly. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
