Stayed Jun 11, 2020We enjoyed our stay here. The pictures were like as advertised and it was close to everything the needed. I do with the bedroom was not right beside the walkway where you could hear everyone going past.

Stayed Jul 14, 2019We had a nice time for our first time in gulf shores. There are a few items I feel need to be addressed for the property: You need a few more luggage carts! What you have is not enough. Folks checking in and out had to wait 45 minutes- 1 hour for one. We didn’t end up getting one when we checked out. We were on the 4th floor and had to make a ton of trips up and down. I feel bad for those all the way up to 17. The elevators NEED UPDATED or totally replaced. West elevator broke down the night before check out (another reason for the many trips up and down to take belongings to the car) My boys waited for 40 minutes for the working east elevator to get a ride - carrying heavy luggage and a heavy cooler. The elevator was packed every time it came to the floor. The cleaning people and their carts were getting on it. REALLY people.?!!!? They can wait in my opinion especially due to the circumstances. Visitors are trying to leave. Patrons come first!!! The security guy said he thought the east was down too. Absolutely No emergency on his part. I had to tell him to go check as there were people in it!! The elevators are so HOT - they need VENTILATION! The stairwells on floor P1 need cleaned. Odd place to store things. Looks unappealing/messy. Housekeeping was not that good. They are supposed to take out garbage, load dishwasher and bring towels. That was not a consistent process at all. The property needs new blinds and curtains. Blinds were broken in our room and I noticed it on other’s windows in the building. If you are going to have a hot tub make sure it has jets. This was a big round hole with hot water. The African American that was working on 7/21 when we checked out was not very attentive. All that was said was you are checked out. Didn’t ask about our stay or anything.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The staff was great- easy check in and we had no problems for stay. I would recommend to anyone else that need to get away for few days.
