Stayed Sep 19, 2025Staff very friendly and while property is older, it was kept up nicely. Very walkable to lots of options for dining, shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jun 9, 2024We had a wonderful stay. The view was the best part of this location! It was fantastic! The condo was clean and easy to get into. The only downside of this location were the beds. They were not that great. Overall, it was a great condo.

Stayed May 10, 2025Right in the middle of everything. Never got back in our car. Multiple restaurants choices STEPS away from the condo. Perfect for a weekend stay.

Stayed Mar 6, 2025Nice quiet, clean beach area, restaurants with in walking distance however condo and building could use updating. The condo itself has old mattress you can feel the springs in your back, dishwasher has broken handle and dangerous. The furniture is old and uncomfortable.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023The location of this property was perfect for our Winter weekend getaway! The balcony was perfect for viewing the sunrise and sunset. The unit was clean. But all of the furniture and appliances are in need of an upgrade.

Stayed Oct 8, 2023We have stayed at Phoenix all suites numerous times because you can’t beat the location. On this trip parking was an issue due to machines and trucks in the parking lot. The bed and living room furniture were very uncomfortable. On a positive note, the kitchen counters and paint were very nice. And the view was beautiful.
