Island Winds West is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Beyond the resort, you'll enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from Gulf Shores' beloved hotspots—The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, Sea-N-Suds, and a myriad of local treasures. Shopping, dining, and beachside fun are simply moments away. But the indulgence doesn't stop there! Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. You will receive a parking registration email. You are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite parking is limited to 1 parking pass per condo (regardless of size) during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day & Shrimp Fest in early October. Contact us for additional off-site parking options.
3. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
