Stayed Oct 20, 2025Pros: Location was great! Close to a lot of places within walking distance. Condo was clean. Bed was comfortable. King size pillows were wonderful. Upon check-in, our code didn’t work. Called customer service and they had a new working number in under 2 minutes. Cons: condo is dated. Couch wasn’t super comfortable. Cobwebs in vents. Overall, we were happy with the stay of 7 nights. We were in town for a music festival and not looking high luxury.

Stayed Sep 23, 2025The view was good, balcony large enough for two. Comfortable bed and furnishings. We had questions on arrival and got a quick and courteous response from the management company. New appliances and a FABULOUS ice maker in the fridgeSeveral good eating places only a short walk away. After booking I was a bit surprised that parking was not included, although I would guess it was in the ‘fine print’ somewhere. I would stay again

Stayed Jun 15, 2025People are rambunctious, children left unattended, alcohol everywhere. People throwing things off balconies loud music. Thin walls and balconies. Appliances are very old, rusted microwave inside. One burner didn't work. We won't stay there again or book with beachball properties. Read the reviews on Google. I wouldn't recommend. Only good thing is the beach here!

Stayed Jan 29, 2025We like the location of this building. The building was well maintained. The unit we were in was a bit dated and the bathroom was tiny but when we had an issue with the furnace Beachball Properties sent a repairman right away and the issue was resolved that same afternoon. We would book in this building again.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024The Air conditioner went out for two solid days. They came worked on it three times. We spent two sleepless nights it was over 80 degrees. The guy kept coming back apologizing said this is awful. There was mold in the bathroom. Very disappointed. We should be compensated for not being able to spend time in our condo. Could not even use the microwave it had so much rust in it. Never had an experience like this at Island Winds before. You should be ashamed
