Third floor condo at Island Winds East. Unit 308 has recently gone through a beautiful makeover with new paint, flooring, furniture, bedding and fixtures. This gorgeous condo is now even better, so come check it out. If this unit is booked on the dates you are looking for, the owner also owns Unit 202, which is an almost identical unit in the same building.



Renovated by an extremely detail-oriented owner and real estate developer, this 2/2 condo offers 821 square feet, a direct gulf view, and is on the 2nd floor of this low density building (87 total units).  This unit is situated right in the heart of Gulf Shores.  Located next to the new boardwalk and right behind the main stage at Hang Out Fest, you are only a 5 minute walk to the Hangout, the Pink Pony Pub, several surf shops and at least a dozen restaurants that are in the center of Gulf Shores. This is the absolute best location in town and the beachfront views are second to none.  This condo has floor-to-ceiling, high-performance windows, and sliding glass balcony doors for you to enjoy those stunning beach views.





The condo sleeps up to 8 with a king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.  



If you’re tired of outdated beach condos, this is the place for you.  This unit was completely renovated and is not only immaculate on the inside, but is also one of the nicest units in the entire complex. The following amenities were added during the renovation: 32x32 Volakas Polished Porcelain floor tiles throughout the entire unit, crown moulding, white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, a glass tile kitchen backsplash, stainless steel appliances, tiled bathroom tub surrounds (with a walk-in shower in the primary bathroom), new electronics, new kitchen and bath fixtures.  This unit is absolutely stunning. You must complete this step in advance of your arrival. The price will increase to $60 per HOA if you don't purchase in advance of arrival. Upon arrival, you will need to visit the Island Winds East front desk to pick up your parking pass. This price can change at any time, without notice. Please NO boats, trailers, or RVs.

    The view and location is great. It was perfect for my husband, me and our adult daughter for a short getaway. TV and internet worked great. We would recommend and stay there again.

    The location is excellent; located on the beach with a short walk to the hangout, shops and restaurants. The building is older but the unit is newly renovated and very clean. The one car limit is a little difficult and took some shuffling. Given that the room says it sleeps 8, one car for everyone and their stuff is impossible. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay here again.

    Very nice location, great neighborhood. The unit was nicely remodeled. Nice swimming pool area and direct beach access. The only issues were some mold on the shower ceiling in the master bathroom and the freezer had ice in the bottom apparently from the ice maker. Overall this is a great place to stay we enjoyed our stay!

    The parking “one” pass is ridiculous with 6 guest. The office personnel were rude! Location was great, but condo is not in the condition it states in the summary.

    We enjoyed our stay even with double red flags preventing us from getting into the gulf for 2 days. Condo is in an excellent location. Tons of other things to do in the area. Beautiful views. Tip for future travelers: if you’re staying for more than 2 days with more than 2 people, go and buy an umbrella, and chairs. It’s way more cost effective than renting from Ike’s. If you’re driving in bring your own with you.

    Location was excellent, view was spectacular, room was comfortable, beach was pristine, pool was well maintained, room was clean. Overall excellent experience and we will definitely be back again.
