Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with HDTV and coastal decor. A comfortable and restful space after a day at the beach.
Living Room: Includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, HDTV, and access to the private Gulf-front balcony with unbeatable views.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, cookware, and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. Dining area seats 4.
Parking: One (1) parking pass available per reservation. Passes must be purchased via a link sent by email and picked up at the front desk ($50 per vehicle).

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 1 Parking Pass per condo is available per condo. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    This was a beautiful condo and perfect size for the two of us. The balcony to view the beach and ocean was wonderful. Easy access to the beach and the kitchen was set up nicely.

    Overall the place was a great place to escape! My husband and I got much relaxation in the cozy condo. Absolutely beautiful view and close to all the restaurants.. only thing we ran into a problem with is we could not find a dustpan in the condo so we just kept sweeping up sand trails and having to leave them in a corner. It’s needs a dustpan in there

    The sleeping area and living room were much smaller than how they were presented in the pictures. The bathroom was tiny. There is no place to put suitcases, disappointed overall.

    This beautiful condo was exactly as pictured and the location is the best in Gulf Shores! We could easily walk to many of the best eateries in the area and the beach was just steps away. Morning coffee on the balcony, listening to the surf, is just the way to start the day! Highly recommend BeachBall vacations and this unit in particular to all!
