Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

    The room was clean and had plenty of amenities. Servuce desk was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was very easy. We will be booking again very soon!

    Loved the location. Very close to shopping and The Hangout. Our biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the condo. Baseboards and floors were dirty upon our arrival. Couch is made of wicker and not cleaned well. Lots of packed in dust in the wicker and on the cushions. Toilet in the master bath sits crooked and runs after flushing. Wall decorations were secured with duct tape. Inside of the drawers were dirty and musty. The exhaust fan in the master bath was not secured to the wall completely. The ceiling texture was flaking off due to moisture. There were dime size holes in the bathroom ceiling and on the walls of the master bedroom. A toy from a previous guest was under the bed and the floors were sandy under and around the bed. We found two beetles in the front bedroom. The overall upkeep of the condo needs improvement also. Kitchen cabinet door above the sink does not open completely because it hits the fluorescent ceiling light fixture. The decor was outdated. The check in process was very easy. All staff were friendly. Great location. Beautiful beach! We rented 2 loungers and an umbrella. The attendant was fantastic to work with. We have been to Gulf Shores several times over the last 10 years. This is the first time to stay at Island Winds East.
