Island Tower 603 by Liquid Life

We spent every day at the beach but one, when it rained. Views from the condo were wonderful. We ate at a different restaurant every night and all were excellent. The water filter in the refrigerator needed replacing and Liquid Life had it completed in one day. There are lots of dishes and a wonderful kitchen that we didn't utilize this time. Would stay again. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The hide a bed in the living room has some wear but we didn't need to use it and reported it before we left. Very clean and we knew ahead of time to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and kleenex. Hope to return next year.

Gulf shores was great, very laid back vibe and friendly people. The condo is perfect- beautiful views, really easy beach access, nice kitchen that has a built in ice maker next to dishwasher that was so nice to have for our cooler and drinks. Overall everything was perfect, zero complaints. Jacuzzi tub was so nice in master bath, these pics don't do it justice, a lot bigger in person. We will be back for sure.

The property its self was very nice. But we were not informed on any inconvenience about there being no extra toilet paper,paper towels, trash bags and could not figure out how to use the stove so had to cook most of our stuff in the microwave due to there also were no pot holders to remove stuff from the oven.

We came for the first Sand in my Boots festival. It was perfect walking distance, clean property, and very comfortable beds. Very happy with our stay.

Beautiful views, clean property and the security guard , Angie is so nice and helpful.

Its a great place with great views. Garbage disposal was not working and a TV in one bedroom would not work. Also had problem with one shower draining.

This condo was in a perfect location!! The place was clean and the view from the deck was spectacular!! We will be back again!!

We loved staying here. Big enough for group of 6. Would definitely stay here again.

Not the best place I have stayed at and not the worst place I have stayed at. The condo kinda stunk when you first walked in. Had to open the balcony door a little. One bedroom you could tell someone smoked in it. Smelled like fresh cigarettes. The condo could’ve been cleaned alittle better in my opinion. The counter tops felt dirty. The one bathroom seemed to be clean but again the sink didn’t feel clean. Two of the rooms, closet to the door you could tell it wasn’t remodeled like the master bedroom. Both fans made this awful noise like it was about to burn up and explode. The ice machine in the kitchen did not work. The elevators….i have no clue what is going on with that. The tower is shaped like a “U”. You press the button and then have to run to the other side to catch the elevator. Now it does give you enough time to get there. But by the end of the trip it was really annoying. Angie Mann the security guard. She really is nice. I saw a lot of negative reviews on her and I don’t really understand why. She is doing her job. She keeps the parking garage clean. She does have a stern voice and dry jokes. But she’s doing her job! Make sure your parking pass is in the window :) The balcony didn’t have a lounge chair to lay in. Only chairs. The main thing that turned me off on the place is the company. When we arrived we went up to the room to check it out. Then we went down and saw Angie. She asked for a Confirmation number and I stated they never gave me a confirmatio

The property was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Luckly, we didn't plan on cooking much. The kitchen is not well stocked. It had lots of plates and glasses but not many cooking utensils. (2 small pots, 1 tall pot, a couple of medium frying pans, no mixing bowls. no cookie sheet).

The property was great as far as the view , clean, close to the beach . One reason we chose this property was that it had an indoor pool . We wanted that backup in case of bad weather . The managers texted a couple weeks ahead and said the pool was closed and they were waiting on a part . In reality the pool is under construction and has been closed for months . Also my SIL called to make sure an oversized van would be ok . He was told yes then after we were here we were told we had to park in a public parking lot - the closest was1/2 mile away . Both of those things were really important and took away from our vacation . We were not compensated for those losses .

Will definitely want to visit again.

We were very pleased with this condo. It was very clean, stocked with plenty of dishes and basic items that you need. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable as well. It was within walking distance to several restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was in great condition and was the perfect location for our daughter and her friends to attend the hang out music festival. We enjoyed the beach and being close to the restaurants
