Stayed Dec 26, 2025The view of the beach and Gulf Shores is simply amazing. The condo was clean and well decorated, too, allowing for a relaxing place to wrap up 2025 and bring in 2026. We hope to stay here again!

Stayed Dec 9, 2025The unit was in excellent condition. The views were awesome. The furnishings were in great condition. We would definitely stay at the same property. Beachball Property Management provide us with an excellent experience. Their routine from check in to check out was flawless. They provided all of the information needed to do both. We did not have a need to contact them. We would not hesitate to rent any property they were managing.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025It was very enjoyable but there were a couple of things that kept me from giving 5 stars. The first thing was what I was told about trying to figure out the TV's which are on Dish Network. I was told to call the number of the TV provider. I don't subscribe to their service. I was 500.00 a day to stay there and use the amenities. I would suggest it would be very simple to have a printed sheet by each TV stating how to turn on the satellite and tv and then go to the menu. I did figure it out eventually. Just wasn't impressed with Call the provider. Secondly some of the kitchen pans needed to be replaced--the frying pan especially and I would suggest adding a sauce pan. I boiled eggs in a stainless steel bowl. As I said, we truly enjoyed our stay and the view was great. Just a couple of small things I thought to mention.

Stayed May 15, 2025The condo was perfect for Sand in my Boots festival. The views were amazing and it was really clean. We would have liked beach towels, a starter supply of coffee and for the TV in the master bedroom to work, but overall we had a really good time.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025We stayed in 2301 at Island Tower. The views of the Gulf and the sunrise were amazing! Everything was as expected and I dont think we could have asked for anything better. I highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 6, 2025This place was awesome. It was very updated. Beds were comfortable. Views from all three bedrooms were great. The condo was very clean when we checked in. Balcony furniture is comfy and high quality. Rental through Beach Ball was very easy. Response was very quick with any answers to questions I had before check in. No issues at all with our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024I would say 4.5 stars, if I could. The view is what makes this place, it's by far the best view I've had in a rental. The condo was very clean & well maintained. With high winds the main door from living room to balcony makes a high pitch noise. We solved this by cracking it a tiny bit. King bed is uncomfortable for our taste. I also had to call for the access code. Which said it would be emailed/text to me & it wasn't. In addition the provided pool access code was wrong. I had to call for that as well. Overall we'd stay here again for the view. Just hoping for a bed upgrade.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024It would have been nice to have hangers in the closets, as there were only 5 in the whole condo for 4 people with a weeks worth of clothes and no place to hang them. The TV's in the bedrooms were not working and we received no communication on how to get them working after contacting you, and we never got a good code to use the fitness center/sauna/steam room or the indoor pool.

She made you follow rules but did so with a smile! The property texted us that we could check-in early because the cleaning was done! We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 2, 2024Great condo. Stayed with family. There were 7 of us. The couch does pull out. Two separate balconies and two primary bedrooms. There were some issues with the smoke detectors and we had to handle it on our own after they told me someone was coming to fix it. Overall very nice
