Island Tower 1903 3 bedroom 3 bath gulf-front custom decorated!

Host seemed welcoming. However, cleanliness was sub par. there was mold in master bathroom shower tub, rust on master bathroom shower head, scratched up chair in master closet. Peeling wall paint in bathroom of guest suite. Stained floor around toilet in hall bathroom. Kitchen seemed un organized with numerous coffee makers stored inside cabinet as well as on counter top. Trashy storage room in indoor pool area.

We absolutely loved this condo. Beautiful, clean, so close to many attractions! Perfect!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The places was nice overall. Unfortunately there were some cosmetic issues in the baseboards of the bathrooms. The place had cameras everywhere which was nice for safety concerns. They were intense about parking though. Had security looking at the car park constantly. My pass ripped and so it was sitting on top of the dash (obviously ripped) and they still booted my car even with the tag fully visible. This is the same security that didn't even check up when there were multiple groups coming off of the street and into the pool.

It was also missing a hair dryer and had some broken chairs upon arrival.

I don’t like being negative but this place was a complete let down. When we arrived, none of the elevators worked, making us walk up 19 floors with all of our luggage. They would fix them and then they would break again. When they would work, you would have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator to come down. There were 2 pools, neither of them open. The gym was closed. The whole property was under construction and no one told us. The air in our condo didn’t get below 70 (good luck to anyone who books it this summer.) Shower pressure about tore off your skin or hardly worked at all. It was such a let down, especially after being so excited for this trip for the past 6 months. The pictures on here of the condo would have you completely fooled.

Cleanliness was horrible (don't use the ice or water from refrigerator, there’s mold in there), furnishings are very worn and stained, and they failed to mention in the pre arrival email to bring basically everything you need to cook with (there wasn’t even a spatula but three keurigs!) The dryer had to run through multiple cycles to dry clothes. The AC struggled to maintain 72 degrees, the oven didn’t function properly when attempting to not use the convection feature, one the two elevators was down for a day and a half which cause 20+ minute waits.
