Island Tower 1401 by Liquid Life

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. The view alone was incredible. It was very clean, convenient to the beach, close to several restaurants/shops. Our only issue was the freezer not making ice for our entire stay. I contacted owners the day we arrived and they said someone would be sent out to fix it, but no one ever came. Overall, a great stay.

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed the place, especially the views. It would have been nice to have the indoor pool heated as it was cold everytime we checked it and the outdoor bathrooms by the pool were locked so we had to run back to the room to use the restroom of we were at the beach. Overall, it was nice and we would stay again.

The cabin was wonderful and Jim was a great host!

I didn’t like that a repair man showed up to fix the dryer - was told by the company I would get a call before they came - didn’t get a call he just showed up. The driveway picture in the showing does not depict the narrow and steep up hill drive. I was dismissed when I faked to the company about it. The ground was wet and if we didn’t have 4 wheel drive we wouldn’t have made it. I would not rent this place again. The cabin was beautiful

The cabin was perfecr for us. Very big for 2 people. Very close to Wears Valley which is the cutest town! Only thing i wish we could have changed was the water pressure but it was something we can deal with when it comes to this amazing cabin and amazing views.

Im going to start with this cabin was top notch it was in a very good location to get to the smokey mountains and attractions it was very clean management was so helpful and professional its a great adult getaway

A wonderful place to stay.

Wonderful property, very beautiful view and tons of amenities, didn’t have to make last minute trips to buy a pizza cutter or pans because they were provided. Only thing is to be careful going up the driveway, as it’s very steep. Also super close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

It was a beutiful stay! Everything was clean and cozy, check in was simple and the veiw of the water was beautiful! It did have a steep hill to drive up so keep that in mind. Overall everything was great.

This was a wonderful place for 2-3 people. The drive way is steep but very manageable. The cabin is very secluded from everyone else. There is a slight bit of road noise. The owner was very accommodating . When I had concern they fixed it quickly! Their response time is very timely. We will be staying again!

So our first couple nights there, we had no internet, phone, or tv because a branch had fallen on the cable line, not a huge deal, but there were no games, cards, or dvd’s to watch so that was an issue. We had noticed an odor when we got there and it continually got worse. It was something dead in the peak above the tv because stuff kept falling down from there. Notified the manager and he brought an air purifier out. Helped some by morning, but with the 90 degree heat, it was absolutely horrific in there when we would get back from sight seeing. The drive into the place is a death trap if coming from town, so we had to go up the road and turn around and turn right into it. The driveway is extremely steep and needs to be re paved. Would not recommend staying here. Worst Vrbo experience ever! The manager tried, but it was not a pleasant experience at all

Loved sitting on the back porch listening to the creek rushing over the rocks, relaxing. Nice and private. Just the right distance from Pigeon Forge. Nice get away! Drive way a little steep but once you used it couple times it was ok. Would book a stay here again.

Beautiful area! Very remote but also close to everything! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is it! This location couldn’t be more perfect!

We enjoyed our stay here at Cove Creek Overlook so much! The cabin and property was beautiful and immaculate. We had everything we needed inside the cabin for cooking, etc. We spent our days hiking in the Smoky Mountains and our evenings winding down in the hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jim was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We are already planning a return trip to the Smokies next year and plan to try and stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay just outside of Pigeon Forge. The property was beautiful and described accurately. We were very pleased with our long weekend.
