Island Tower 1101 by Liquid Life

3 older couples enjoyed our separate rooms and bathrooms. We each had balcony access too. Beach right there and pool and fitness center included.

Wonderful time, beautiful views and comfy good vibes!

We had a three night stay in 1101 and it was a great spot for our family of six. Communication about what was onsite was great and there were very few surprises. The kitchen, bath towels, laundry and dishwasher pods were perfect for our amount of days on the property. The view is amazing from any point in the condo or on the patio. Indoor infinity pool was a huge win for our family. We would have preferred the ice machine in the fridge worked. The way to get to indoor pool and fitness room is a little disjointed, having to walk through the parking garage. And for spring months it would have been nice to have the outdoor pool be heated. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This condo was very nice. The views were amazing on the 11th floor. I really liked that you could also see the ocean from the balcony that joins the other two bedrooms. The covered parking was a bonus and the pools were very nice and clean. We had a few issues with some things in the condo, but otherwise the stay was great. The location was also very nice. Not far from anything at all. So many good restaurants and things to do

We loved the location, beach and atmosphere. We loved having pizza, burgers, happy hour, Alvin’s Island all within walking distance. The condo was clean and neat. The beds slept great and the linens were very clean. Only downside was we didn’t have a hair dryer, ice maker, or Keurig. We survived. I bought a hair dryer and left in the room. Also getting a parking tag and trying to meet up with security was a mess and hectic but we didn’t get towed. We loved being able to text Liquid life and get quick responses. We will be back

We arrived on Tues, 8/20. The floors were dirty and sticky, kitchen table had food & hair on it, night stands in primary room were dirty. TV's in the extra bedroom didn't work. Ceiling fans were covered in dirt and dust, lounge chair on deck was ripped and unable to sit, outside of fridge was dirty and so were most cabinet handles. Hallway bathtub dripped at all times. Queen bedroom comforter had makeup and hair on it. Icemaker never really worked like it should have. Dishwasher wouldn't work. Dryer wouldn't quit spinning unless you turned it off. Blinds in other king room would not stay closed. We called maintenance and they did send them out to replace the comforter in queen room, mopped the floors (they were still dirty) and got the other 2 tvs working. They didn't know what was wrong w/the dishwasher so 3 days later an appliance person came out and had to you tube the problem. There were more issues but this is the majority. I reached out to Liquid Life via email to share the issues and they thanked me and said management would address the problems but didn't offer to refund the cleaning fee or anything else. I wouldn't rent from Liquid Life again. I will tell you the location was wonderful and the grounds were nice.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Both over the phone and the people we felt with in person were amazing and so helpful. Everything was clean and in good shape. I will definitely be saving this booking to book again the future!
